TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park! We would especially like to highlight the exceptionally attentive and personal approach of the hotel management. Throughout our stay, we truly felt that every guest was treated as an individual. Whenever we had a question or concern, the response was immediate, solutions were found quickly and effortlessly, and we always felt seen, heard and genuinely cared for. This level of personal attention made a real difference to our stay. A very special thank you goes to the wonderful bar team – Halime, Özgür, Oğuzhan, Süleyman and Eda. What an incredible team! Their warmth, attentiveness, kindness and genuinely personal approach to guests made our holiday truly special. You can feel that they are not simply doing their jobs professionally – through their personalities and the way they treat people, they create an atmosphere in which you genuinely feel welcome and comfortable. They played a huge part in making this holiday unforgettable for us. We would also like to give a special thank you to Mert H. from the à la carte restaurant. His attentive, warm and professional service made our evening particularly memorable. Once again, it showed us how much difference one person can make when they treat their guests with genuine care. Thank you to the hotel management and the entire team for such wonderful hospitality. A beautiful hotel alone does not make a holiday unforgettable – it is the people who give it a soul. And those are exactly the people we found at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park.

We have just returned from our 4th visit to the hotel. The grounds are still as lovely as ever but some areas we feel have declined having visited for our 4th visit in a row, you begin to notice. The food has become very repetitive, lunch at the purple turtle is practically the same everyday, also the evening meals in the main restaurant of an evening unfortunately just repeats, we also felt the service for drinks this year had declined in all areas, there didn't appear to be enough staff and on some evenings the waiting staff would start to take your drinks order and then walk away half way through it so you wasn't able to give your full order, some of the staff mainly in the coffee area didn't look very happy in their roles, it also appeared that there was a lot of new staff that could maybe do with a little bit more training. The evening entertainment was also very poor this year, silent discos and karaoke evenings just don't fit within this hotel we felt. The cleaning staff around the hotel are all excellent, from the room cleaning to all of the toilet facilities within the hotel. We will return to this area again, but feel now is the time to look at some of the other hotels to see what they can offer

We just got back from our second stay at TUI Blue Sarigerme Park, and honestly, everything with TUI was spot on again. We did have a small issue with our luggage getting damaged on the way, but our TUI rep, Ali, was amazing. He was super friendly and got it sorted out for us really quickly. Walking back into the hotel actually felt like coming home. It’s a beautiful place, but the staff is the real reason we came back. A massive thank you to Berk at reception - it was so nice to catch up and have a friendly chat again. Ali looked after us at breakfast just like last year, and Mustafa K. was brilliant at lunch again with his constant smile. Also, a big shoutout to Enzel in housekeeping, who worked hard to keep our room spotless every day. The food is still incredible. Everything is so fresh, especially the dishes they cook right in front of you. We definitely recommend trying the à la carte. Thanks so much to the whole team for another perfect holiday!

We returned home yesterday after 11 nights holiday for the 4th visit in a row as a family of 6 once again it was a lovely holiday but unfortunately we did notice a difference in our 4th visit , lacking staff in the main bar area we sat and waited for over 10 minutes for a waitress and finally went to the bar for our own drinks this happened quite a few times, also some of the new staff need to have some training in the main restaurant ie bringing you the wrong tea when you ask for English tea and hot milk when you ask for cold, we also sat at the coffee bar one night for a coffee only to find no one serving and finally gave up, we all noticed a difference in the food of a night it was beef turkey, lamb just with different sauces on different nights, the purple turtle of a lunchtime was always the same with no variation at all, we ate in the levante and the service was not good at all ie waiting for a wine and when it did come it was given to another table , we found the food so disappointing in that its the same menu as previous years and needs to be, changed , also the smoking in the bar area is absolutely awful and definitely needs to be addressed with a no smoking area and I know a lot of people have mentioned this before. sadly we won't be returning for a 5th visit as the changes we experienced were not good, TUI promote it as a foodie hotel and we feel it's definitely lost in way in the description of that 😕

An Exceptional Holiday – Sarigerme Park Really Is Something Special. We have just returned from the most wonderful week at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park and, quite simply, it was an amazing holiday from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel and its grounds are absolutely beautiful – lush, immaculate and so well maintained. There is such a lovely, relaxed feel to the whole resort and, despite there being plenty going on, it never seemed to lose that peaceful atmosphere. However, what really makes Sarigerme Park so special is the staff. We have been fortunate enough to stay in some fantastic hotels over the years, but the staff here are genuinely some of the best we have ever encountered. Every single member of staff was warm, friendly and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure you are having the best possible holiday, and that level of genuine hospitality makes such a difference. The food was another huge highlight. The quality and choice were fantastic throughout our stay, with something to suit everyone - not always an easy task when travelling as a family of five with three teenagers! We looked forward to every meal and were incredibly impressed with the standard throughout the week. We have previously stayed at the Sensatori and loved it, so naturally we found ourselves comparing the two. Other than initially thinking we might miss the luxury of having a swim-up room at the Sensatori, Sarigerme Park would now be our choice without hesitation. We had the most amazing view from our balcony at Sarigerme and absolutely loved sitting out there, taking in the beautiful surroundings and just enjoying the view. In the end, we genuinely didn’t miss having the swim-up at all. There is just something about this hotel - the beautiful setting, the atmosphere, the food and, above all, the wonderful people who work there – that makes it incredibly special. A special mention also has to go to Ali, the TUI BLUE Guide at the hotel, who was fantastic. He recommended the 12 Island Boat Trip to us and we are so glad he did - we thoroughly enjoyed it and it was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday. The location of the hotel is also great. There is a small shopping street around a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for having a wander around and picking up bags, clothes, gifts and souvenirs. TUI were also fantastic throughout. Both our outbound and return flights were on time, everything ran smoothly and we genuinely couldn’t fault them. This was one of those holidays where you wish you had booked a longer stay. From arriving on the first day to leaving on the last, we loved every minute and came home with some amazing family memories. If you are considering booking Sarigerme Park, do it - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we would return in a heartbeat. I would recommend treating yourself to a cabana too, such a lovely way to spend a day at the beach. A huge thank you to everyone at Sarigerme Park for such a fantastic holiday. We will most definitely be back!
