TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

Third time lucky as they say…And we felt really lucky to return again to this hotel where the staff members are excellent, the spa is phenomenal, the food delicious and the entertainment really enjoyable. Special mention to Mehmet who looked after us with impecable skills and to Silva, the sommelier in the a la carte restaurant. However, the relentless work of the cleaning staff coping with two days of deluge rain was something to be admired- their valiant efforts did not go unnoticed. Thanks to all. We shall, most definitely, return…

Back again last holidayed here in June. Another amazing week despite the weather the last 2 days which obviously hotel could not prevent they were well informed and changes were made to allow guests to still enjoy themselves without having to walk down to beach area. Umbrellas and ponchos were made available for all guests. Seen amazing shows Pia and Alice in Wonderland. Food and drinks plentiful with something for everyone even the pickiest of eaters. Had to cancel our reservation at levante due to doing something else instead but can't wait for next time to give it a try. Barbecue was lovely just wish it wasnt beef cheek cooked on the barbecue and instead steaks or burgers even as they were cooked on the grill. Pool bar ran out of malibu on Sunday and still wasnt restocked by Tuesday afternoon minor issue just went upto lobby bar instead. Punch served around pool was delicious. Can't wait for 2027 really is a home from home

The hotel, food and location were great, and the staff were lovely. However, there are quite a few leaks throughout the hotel when it rains, which is something that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, despite these positives, I have never experienced this much racism in my life. As a Muslim woman who wears a hijab, the stares and comments I have received throughout my stay have been extremely uncomfortable, upsetting and, frankly, unacceptable. I understand that this is not TUI’s fault directly, but it has genuinely ruined my experience. There are very few people of colour here, and the racism I have witnessed and experienced has been shocking. My entire family has been affected negatively by this, and it has made what should have been an enjoyable holiday an incredibly upsetting experience. I sincerely hope TUI will consider reminding guests that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity or religion. Nobody should feel unwelcome, intimidated or inferior simply because of who they are or what they wear. My family paid for this holiday and looked forward to enjoying it just like everyone else. Why should we have to spend our time here feeling uncomfortable or being treated like second-class citizens? **Please take this into consideration before booking.** The hotel itself has many positives, but I believe people deserve to know that experiences like mine can happen here. And to anyone who has made racist comments or stared at others in a way that makes them feel unwelcome: please understand that your actions have a real impact on people. You may forget them moments later, but the people on the receiving end can carry that hurt long after. Everyone deserves to enjoy their holiday in peace, without being made to feel less worthy because of their race or religion.

Leaving today sadly but a wonderful holiday despite the rain . The entertainment manager is fab and the bands , singers and shows have been first class The best hotel entertainment we have experienced over the years . All the staff in the hotel are friendly and go out of their way to give the best service . Immaculate hotel amazing food . Levante restaurant is gourmet standard . Thank you to everyone

Where do I start?? I’ll start with the good very good. Levante A La Carte Restaurant is a pure Dimond Don’t miss it BOOK it when you get to the resort don’t wait. We went twice. Good points, Staff are all absolutely amazing, friendly, polite & helpful. The resorts grounds are kept spotless through hard work. The guys who suck up the water from the rain storms while we were there worked tirelessly. A special mention for the bakery staff you are all doing a fantastic job everything is lovely and fresh. Well done🙂. Now for the not so good points. The rooms are a little dated with marks and scuffs. Air con could be a little stronger but does the job, And although there are ample charging points for phones and other items the ports ( usb A )are fast becoming outdated with the smaller ( usb C ) taking over. In order to use the tea & Coffee making equipment you have to move the whole unit under the TV as the lead does not reach the plug so when the kettle boils so does the TV screen if your not paying attention. Now for the strange points about the food. First question why can’t all the hot breakfast food not be together. I’ll explain at breakfast you put a fried egg on your plate the baked beans are between two pastries, along with a bowl of icing sugar? omelettes are way across the room, no bacon ( not a problem as it’s a Muslim country) but not a Beef or chicken sausage to be found. Mushrooms move around daily, Sauces and ketchup is a hide-and-seek game. Moving on pancakes and waffles no maple syrup? Only honey or chocolate sauce peanut butter; Breakfast cereal not one adult choice you have coco pops, rainbow pops, rice crispys with added dry porridge oats? And cold milk. No warm porridge? Not one smoothie, a massive selection of cold meats and cheese a good selection of yogurt I admit but not everyone likes a cold breakfast. And only fresh orange juice which I and lots of people either on medication or allergy wise cannot have. Lunch is the same old same old every single day. Thankfully the evening meal is more thoughtfully planned although a fair choice not many changes from one day to the next. But maybe I came at the wrong time (October), Does it fall apart at the end of September?! everything changes if that is the case tell us before we spend our hard-earned and saved money. Or at least tell us it will be substandard and adjust the prices to match. Note I have been to a couple of Turkish-owned all inclusive resorts in the past few years and they don’t make these mistakes? Oh a I forgot to mention the weekly barbecue don’t waste your time. grilling something and calling it a barbecue. Doesn’t make it a barbecue. TUI Your staff are amazing give them the proper tools and you will reep the rewards. Did I enjoy my stay (It was my wife and my first holiday in a couple of years. )Yes I did but with a little more thought it would have been faultless. And excellent.
