TUI BLUE Tropical

Beware of the shop beside the pool bought an inflatable bed paid 32euros had one day out of it and flat the next went back to shop and the answer I got no speak English went to guest services and our rep to be told they had lots of complaints but nothing they could do as they were a 3rd party company. Maybe if tui provided mattresses for the sun loungers gusts with joint problems wouldn’t have to buy air beds to lye on let’s face it they charge plenty for a tui blue hotel

This is our 6th visit at the TUI Blue Tropical and we just absolutely love it. All the workers are so friendly and helpful. A special mention to Mehmet, my little girl Avaya is obsessed with him. She speaks about him all year round and it’s now a highlight for her to see him every year. He has watched her grow and we are now friends on Facebook and we keep in touch through winter. He does an amazing job with the entertainment and organising all the acts coming in. See you again next year!

Had a family holiday with parents, partners, nieces and nephews The hotel was beautiful, food amazing and above all the entertainment staff always keeping the mood and atmosphere levels electric. Special mention to Mehmet who remembered our family from the year before and had all the time in the world for us. Thank you all! Sean

We have just returned from TUI blue tropical as a couple with a 14 month old. The hotel itself is ok, it is on beautiful grounds that are well maintained. The rooms are a little dull and daily we would have to clean the floor after the cleaner had been in as we would shower our son and then he would have black marks all over him from crawling on the floor and no we did not wear shoes in there. The food is lovely with a lot of choice although some days I did struggle but I am fussy minimal eater. I definitely enjoyed the Turkish night the best. We are not really main pool people so we spent most of our time on the beach or at the relax pool which we absolutely loved. The sensory room is also really good. The staff are ok, friendly enough but don’t speak much. Our favourite waitress by far was a lady called Elif who always had a smile on her face despite working long hard hours - thank you Elif for being friendly, approachable and just lovely. You definitely stood out for us and Lennie! The photoshop on site were also amazing but do not work for the hotel but I highly recommend them. We come away with some beautiful bits from them. As much as we had a lovely holiday I don’t think I would pay to return.

Just come back from two weeks at the TUI Blue Tropical and had a lovely time. The room was a lovely size and kept very clean. It was basic but served our purposes well. The hotel itself was tired and needed some TLC but a team of workman were constantly going round trying to improve them. The grounds are stunning and kept immaculate and are a joy to walk though and despite some comments plenty of sunbeds to choose from (unless you want to be front row to the pool). The chill out bar is a criminally underused area during the day and if you want a bit of peace and quiet is a joy! Also not advertised that you can get a chicken donner wrap for lunch. Yum! In fact the food choice everywhere was great! There was so much and the sweet section looked amazing every night! Finally we spent a lot of time in the lobby bar! We like a chilled out and relaxed atmosphere and we were so well looked after. Bugraahann was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. He made my wife feel so comfortable that she felt able to go alone. Thank you sir! In fact all the staff in the bars were amazing and friendly! The restaurant staff could be hit and miss but generally always had a smile! The lady making the pancakes was especially happy to serve. Couldn’t fault the holiday and would have no issue returning! Well done to all the team
