We loved xo cape arnna. We will return food was amazing bars are excelent. Staff are really nice and friendly. Our assistants Beyza & Sude were so helpfull. Thank you so much to Beyza for her smile and chats. We will cike back and see her next time. Pools and sunbeds are always enough. Thank you for everything.

First the good things. The hotel is amazingly impressive and set in a stunning location with a beach that seems never ending. The room we had was fantastic and kept immaculately clean which can be said for the entire resort, the staff work very hard to keep the place looking pristine. All the staff we encountered were fantastic an very friendly and worked very hard. Now for the bad things. Firstly it’s not a true all-inclusive resort you will be charge extra for using some of the “destination dining locations” the amounts seem to vary place by place for no reason that I could understand. All premium brand drinks such Grey goose and imported wines are charges at ridiculous prices we believe largely due to tax issues in Turkey. As soon as you set foot into the hotel you are expected to down load the Hotels app which from that moment on controls your life until you go home, you can only view menus and make reservations + order drinks through the app…unfortunately the days of looking at a menu seem long gone at this destination. If like me you rarely carry your phone with you whilst on holiday and are looking to get away for tech and all that it brings this place is not for you… no digital detox to be found here! Unfortunately with all residents constantly having a smart phone held tightly in their hands the art of conversation seemed to have died with many couples and families just doom scrolling on their precious device most of which they seemed to want to share whatever they were watching with whoever was is the immediate vicinity by having their device turned up to full volume – as you can imagine not very relaxing or peaceful for others which was lovely!!!!! I did actually see a couple argue about which of their devices was loudest and impacting the viewing of the other….I think the irony was lost on them. Other issues were a tendency to play loud music at bars and restaurants for no real reason…in my opinion, if you have to yell your dinner order to a waiter the music is too loud, we had an occasion at the beach bar the deafening din for the nights entertainment was singing “simply the best “ she was not. The night after that we had a DJ who from 8.30pm went crazy until midnight…the point I am trying to make is that the music played added nothing to the experience and just made you want to leave. Also the music level was very loud starts about 9pm and goes on to about 1am not just from XO resort but the resort next door which been in a Seaview room made sleeping impossible until the party was over. Other issues we encountered were due to a lack of staff training and timing starters and main course seem to almost come out together and one night we were one bite into our main course at “Tiny Bites” when we were asked what we would like for desert! That with a tendency to take plates away while you were still eating or your partner hadn’t finished their meal was very annoying plus a lack of willingness to provide proper napkins in most restaurants combines with the ever present QR codes made most meals feel like you were in a motorways services during covid!

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience, though it didn't start out that way. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—from the design to the furnishings, everything is a 10 out of 10. We originally booked two separate rooms but ended up moving to a family suite. All of the rooms are incredibly spacious and packed with all the amenities you would expect from a true 5-star property.While the location is a little out of the way, it wasn't an issue at all because buses and taxis are readily available right outside, and there are a couple of handy shops just across the road. Our trip started on a rough note due to some frustrations at check-in. Some of the male reception team could definitely learn a few lessons in handling guest difficulties, they really need to learn to listen and understand rather than being rude when issues arise. Thankfully, Dariga from the customer relations team stepped in. She is absolutely fantastic at her job and single-handedly turned our stay around. Because of her care, attentiveness, and professionalism, she completely transformed what started as a bad experience into a truly special holiday. Once we settled in, the dining was a major highlight. The food choice here is massive, and the main buffet has so many different sections for every single meal that it is impossible to be disappointed. We also ate at all of the à la carte restaurants during our stay. Here are our top recommendations: Mucho Gusto: The steak here is exceptional, the views are fantastic, and our server, Moujib, provided top-notch service. The Dutchess: An excellent fine dining experience with plenty of great options. Glimpse: Perfect for daytime dining. The options are really tasty and the pizzas are amazing. No1 Coffee Shop: Head here for your caffeine fix and look out for Doga, who will look after you with the biggest smile. Don't miss out on the AMAZING cakes, ice creams and chocolate at the Chai Tea! For entertainment, the main stage shows were good, though they got a little repetitive. However, if you want to keep the night going after 10 pm definitely head down to the beach bar. The live singers and DJs are brilliant, but the real standout there is the lovely Bera. Bera provides absolutely exceptional service, brings the best energy, and truly made our evenings special! We also loved the Quma beach bar, which had a great selection of music and excellent drinks. Just keep in mind that the food at Quma is not covered under the all-inclusive package. If you prefer a quieter sunbathe, note that there is little to no music played at any of the other pool or beach locations. We also had a cabana for a day, which was a great experience with impeccable service. However, since they have electricity inside them, they really should come equipped with a ceiling fan to help guests keep cool. As a word of warning for other guests, please be careful when booking spa treatments and double-check how much you are being charged. We were quoted a price in Euros, but they actually charged us the same figure in Pounds, meaning it wasn't nearly as good a deal as we had been led to expect. Additionally, while there are illuminated signs throughout the complex, the signage for the specific restaurants needs to be much better as it isn't very obvious where they are. The map on the hotel app is also tiny, making it difficult to use for many guests. Despite the rocky start and the spa pricing issue, the gorgeous rooms, amazing food, and especially Dariga, Doga, Moujib and Bera's incredible hospitality made this a memorable holiday.

Hotel XO Cape Arrnna is an excellent, luxurious hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious, and the entertainment is of a high standard.

The hotel is absolutely amazing — beautiful, comfortable, and overall we had a fantastic experience. Everything was excellent. The only thing missing was music around the pool area. Having some music would definitely make the atmosphere much more enjoyable and lively. A special thank you to Kadir, who works at the Stage, and Volkan, who works at the children’s pool. They were definitely two of the best members of staff at the hotel — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. 👏 Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. You won’t regret staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just one small note for the hotel management: please add some music around the pool next year! I’m planning to come back, so hopefully this will be improved by then. 😊
