Overall good experience, went 4 may, so hotel was quiet. Few negatives, I came with 3 kids. Main thing on our holiday is that there is slides. One of them weren't on and the other 2 trickled out water. My daughter's swimsuit got torn bc of this. I asked for all slides to be on and was told in a few days. I paid for my holiday so I expect everything up and running. (I have inserted times of slides in photo, again this is not on for long enough, other hotels are 2 hours in morning, 2 hours again in the afternoon) Our room was good we had to a mezzanine so that gave myself and my husband privacy. Our bed was brick hard, I ended up with muscular pain but they did put a few duvets on it to soften it. The kids had single beds and they were perfect. At breakfast the eggs are cooked outside and by the time they are brought in they were stone cold. No fresh omlettes either. I emailed guest relations who were actually really good. The reception area is where everyone sits of an evening. There's is only 10 sofa areas so it gets busy quickly. When it is warmer I'll assume people are outside more. The lobby bar are overwhelmed and the bar staff ignore you. On a positive side the hotel is really clean. Everything has been refurbished so it's all new. Restaurant is immaculate and staff are so helpful. The hotel shops are good and the bag shop is fantastic and the man in it is a lovely chap, Tacettin, he's not pushy at all. There is a heated outdoor pool and it is a godsend, don't know why more hotels don't have this, it's a real plus. I went to the sunset restaurant alacarte. Steak was actually enjoyable and there was a lovely meze beforehand. Setting was gorgeous overlooking the sea. The beach area is small, but clean. Would hate to see it in high season BC it would be overwhelmed. There is a large grass area which would be good to have loungers on so that people can be near the beach. There is a large shopping mall a 10 mins walk, it has loads of proper shops, restaurants etc, it had Turkish brands. Kusadasi is half hour dolmus ride away and heading back it's the no. 6 dolmus. 30TL each.

We have just stayed a week at the newly renovated hotel. Very nicely decorated and immaculately clean but a few teething problems with air conditioning leaking and no wifi in room. However the highlight of our trip were the girls from kids club, Ozge & Ecem. They cared so beautifully for my boys whilst we were there and are quite possibly the kindest people I've ever met. A special mention also to Daniella, my little boy had his birthday whilst we were there and she made his whole day & holiday so special and had him on the stage and everyone sang happy birthday, a magical thing for a 7 year old! Without the girls we wouldn't have had the amazing experience that we did.

We stayed here 2 years ago and had such an amazing time, decided to come back again this year! Wow even better than before! We had the pleasure of arriving the day the hotel reopened from their refurbishment. Honestly it is just amazing seriously needs a 5* rating, looks superb 😍 rooms are high spec detail and immaculate. Food is just out of this world, much credit to the chefs and team that work the restaurant. The service, quality of food.. you could never go hungry with the choice! Bar staff, reception, restaurant staff, cleaners and spa were fab and looked after us the whole weekend. We are most definitely coming back again next year and look forward to it!🥰

Reading other reviews I am very confused at the completely different experience we had. Rooms and hotel is extremely clean but dated as mentioned, but the food was absolutely shocking, as in almost inedible. Repetitive food, and almost always cold as in stone cold, even if you arrive at the beginning of breakfast/dinner sessions. Cold and undercooked eggs. Watery pasta. Cold casseroles. The a la carte was infinitely worse somehow, cold prawns and meat? Had to eat out most days otherwise would’ve gone hungry for 10 days - brilliant restaurant down past the beach by the supermarket. Beer and cocktails outside not great, better in the lobby bar. Was sold as a 4* hotel but would be a mid 3* in my opinion. Cats are EVERYWHERE. Not uncommon when travelling in Europe but the cats are in the kitchen area? in the dining area, and domesticated to the point of jumping on tables and customers while eating. Can’t see how this meets food safety standards. One positive stand out is the staff. Very friendly and entertaining, even towards the end of the season. Take the time to learn guests names and interact with them, getting everyone involved. Bus goes from outside into town for 25 Lira (around 25c per person). Seafront is nice, lovely view but not a beach per say, more a deck with loungers infront of the sea. Overall would not recommend, unless you’re on a hen do/stag do/ young partiers looking for a lively resort with free beer and happy to live on chips and chicken nuggets for the week. Supposedly being turned into a 5* but would have to see entirely new restaurant set up and major updates to the rooms if that’s to be fallible.
