Palmwings Ephesus

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The hotel feels quite old and is in need of renovation. The food quality was below average, with limited variety. There also seemed to be too few staff members, which affected the overall service. We hope the management considers improvements in these areas.

The three of us have just returned home from this resort and I’ll start with the positive points. Hotel itself, grounds, water park, pools, service, scenery- stunning. Clean around the hotel. Art work around the hotel is worth a shout out, very classy. Kelly in guest relations is a lovely lady. Other staff were also very lovely. However reason for the the 1* is as titled. Food was the worst we have EVER experienced in an all inclusive. This hotel focuses on quantity over quality. We saw them slopping new food on top of old food. We have never seen so many flies either around and on the food, and all around you when you’re eating; that’s whether you are outside or in the restaurant. No fresh orange juice. Drinks, like the beer was always flat and red wine was that hot it was like drinking a cuppa. Not pleasant. All three of us have experienced serious illness which we strongly suspect serious food poisoning. Each of us experienced it and it’s the most poorly we have all ever been. We are still not properly recovered and we’ve come home from 2 weeks here having losing over a stone. Something seriously amiss. We had 2 or 3 days where the three of us felt well enough together to enjoy. Absolutely abysmal. Very disappointed after spending that amount of money and quality family time ruined.

My wife, I and my one year old son had a very relaxing and memorable stay at this beautiful hotel. We are extremely grateful to all the kind and hardworking staff of this hotel who did their best to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this very beautiful and clean hotel to all families with children who want to experience a great trip in Turkey. I hope we will return to this lovely hotel soon and repeat the happy memories of this trip. Once again, we would like to thank all the polite and kind staff of this hotel for making our trip an enjoyable experience.

The entire holiday experience is great from the food to the service from all areas especially the animation team as they cater for everyone. The grounds are also well maintained throughout the stay meaning I’d certainly return in the future.

Just got home from 2 weeks at Palm Wings, our second time here and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else - it’s perfect for children. We were so sad to leave, it’s been the best 2 weeks. June was perfect time to go, no ques, not overly busy, perfect weather. Food is amazing there’s always something. Alcohol & cocktails were actually strong whereas other all inclusive places we have been to aren’t! All the staff are absolutely amazing with children and help include them in everything! Our photographer made our holiday - Aydın Bulun - he went above & beyond to get our amazing family pictures, a bit of everything in from the holiday that we can keep forever! We are returning next year with all our family to have another photoshoot done with Aydın!!! He was absolutely amazing with our 4 & 6 year old, they were more sad to leave him than leave the holiday, we bought all the pictures as they were all so perfect we couldn’t not - if anyone is thinking of getting photos done Aydın is the person to go to! We already can’t wait to return next year to go see him, amazing person & photographer! We are so grateful to have met him there, thank you!🥹❤️ Aydın Bulun
