Palmwings Ephesus

We had a wonderful experience at this amazing hotel. We spent a great time with our family, and our children had so much fun. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the variety of food and desserts was excellent. The room cleaning was done every day regularly and with great care. We would also like to thank the animation team for helping us spend an unforgettable week full of laughter with the daytime and evening activities. Especially the gentleman who was hosting with the microphone was absolutely fantastic. Thank you all so much. We hope to see you again next time as a family. Goodbye and take care!

Just returned from a really great holiday staying 12 nights at the Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort booked through Jet2holidays. After arriving late in the evening, check in was straight forward but having missed the evening meal, there was soup, breads, pasta and pastries available in the restaurant from midnight for 1 hour and then salads and drinks later through the night but no hot food. Our room was on the sixth floor with good facilities, although the a/c was not working at this time of year and being centrally controlled. The room was south facing, getting sun most of the day, mini bar with soft drinks and water, tea and coffee, Tv and free safe, double and single beds. It was cleaned daily to a high standard by house keeping Selda Food was always available through the day and evening at different outlets whether it be the restaurant, A la carte, Patisserie, fast food snack bars including ice cream, waffles and pide bar. There was a good variation and easy to find something to eat whatever your taste or time of the day for children or adults alike. Drinks were the same. Several bars around the hotel, all providing good quality drinks of your choice whether it be at the beach, pool, Wings pub or 24hr lobby bar. There were a couple of bars that were not open yet, including the Sunset bar which we found strange for the time of year. There was a dedicated coffee outlet next to the snack bar, doing specialist coffees and also one in the lobby area serving coffees and teas of your choice The facilities around the hotel were excellent. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel. There are four lifts serving all floors that were efficient, even when the hotel was busy and being used for a seminar during the weekend. There is an extra lift between the Sunset Bar, Lobby Bar area and lower floor for beach and pool access. Located on that bottom floor are the market and gift shops, hairdressers, doctors, spa and games room, also the A la Carte restaurants. The outside veranda next to the lobby is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink. The grounds and gardens are extensive and kept to a high standard, with the giant chessboard being a unique feature. The pools were cold, which was expected for the time of year but the aqua parks looked fantastic and were often busy when open. The indoor pool was always popular when there was a turn in the weather. The private beach in front of the hotel has soft sand and is long and wide with wooden beds, inc mattresses and canopies and kept very tidy. Free towels are available to change daily from the spa till 7pm. The hotel location is slightly out of the way, as it is situated between Kusadasi and Selcuk and nothing much else around it. But taxis are available outside the hotel and for the more adventurous, there is a regular dolmus bus service running past the end of the drive to both towns every 15 mins for shopping or just a trip out, charging 2€ or 100lira each. Finally two main points about this hotel. Cleanliness….There was never an area we saw that wasn’t regularly cleaned by staff. Floors, tables, glass panels, toilets, lifts, pool sides, gardens…..everywhere. If there was a spillage or accident, a sign was put there and someone dedicated to sort it out. Exceptional service. Staff……..A credit to the hotel. All happy to help, whatever part of the hotel you were in. Bar staff, waiting staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, animators, spa staff…. everyone. Never once did we have a bad experience or had a surly or negative response to a request for drinks or food, assistance or directions. The language issue was never a problem, with all staff trying to converse in English or find someone that could help. If we have to name one member of staff as an example that typified all the hotel staff, it was the young girl on the coffee bar, Rabia. A smiling, confident and polite waitress that was always happy to help with our ‘kafeinsiz kahve’ Also thank you to a couple of other people for there help and advice during our stay. Halit, the Jet2 customer helper that was always on hand each morning to chat with and Kelly on Guest Relations, who was available during the day in the reception/lobby area, with her wealth of knowledge about the hotel and surrounding area and always happy to assist with any issues. We generally liked the hotel very much. The rooms were clean, there were many pools, the restaurant food was fantastic, the daytime activities and evening shows were wonderful. Overall, we were satisfied with everything and can recommend it to everyone. We were especially pleased with Barbie; she has a wonderful energy and is a very nice person.

Just recently stayed at palm wings ephesus and I must say it's been the best resort we have stayed at with our kids and family, so much to do there from entertainment, swimming pools, water park, kids club, private beach and watersports, also food was amazing breakfast lunch and dinner and the a la carte restaurants were amazing as well, definitely a hotel we will be coming back back to staff and workers are so friendly helpful especially the Animation team they're are 10 out of 10 hopefully see them all next year 🙂
