From the first moment I arrived at the hotel, Fatih from the reception was incredibly attentive and helpful to me with his nice eye contact and smiles. Thanks to his friendly smile, professionalism and ability to speak several languages ​​fluently, I immediately felt very comfortable. His great knowledge of the hotel really made a difference - he was able to answer all my questions clearly and correctly. Particularly impressive was his knowledge of all the information regarding the hotel and the area as well as all the services in the hotel, he always gave me the best recommendations.
