Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel

Maalesef bu otel beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. En büyük sorunlardan biri odadaki tuvalet tasarımıydı. Tuvalet kapısı içeriye doğru açıldığı için içeride kapıyı kapatabilmek adına duvara sıkışmanız gerekiyor. Yetişkin bir insanın rahatça girip çıkması bile oldukça zor. Daha da önemlisi, içeride biri bayılır veya acil bir sağlık sorunu yaşarsa kapıyı dışarıdan açıp müdahale etmek neredeyse imkânsız. Bu ciddi bir güvenlik riski ve otelin bunu gözden geçirmesi gerekiyor. Bunun dışında restoran tarafında da ciddi organizasyon eksikliği vardı. Yemek servisinde sürekli aksaklık yaşanıyor, boşalan ürünlerin yenilenmesi gecikiyor ve personel koordinasyonu yetersiz kalıyor. Yoğun saatlerde yemek almak bile gereksiz derecede zorlaşıyor. Böyle büyük ve iddialı bir otel için bu seviyede temel planlama ve organizasyon eksiklikleri kabul edilebilir değil. Güvenlik ve misafir konforu konusunda ciddi iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. ⸻ Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom design. The toilet door opens inward, leaving almost no space inside. To close the door, you have to squeeze yourself against the wall. Even for an average-sized adult, entering and exiting the toilet is extremely uncomfortable. More importantly, if someone were to faint or experience a medical emergency inside, it would be nearly impossible for staff to open the door and provide immediate assistance. This is a serious safety concern that should be addressed immediately. The restaurant was another major disappointment. Food service was poorly organized, dishes were not replenished promptly, and the overall coordination was inadequate. During busy meal times, getting food became unnecessarily difficult due to poor management. For a hotel that presents itself as a high-quality resort, these are fundamental issues that should not exist. I hope the management takes both the safety concerns and the restaurant organization seriously and makes the necessary improvements. One star is given only because zero stars is not an option.

Our vacation at Bosphorus Sorgun was a great experiene! This hotel delivers what it promises, great indoor and outdoor pool, access to private beach, great food and snacks, kids club, great evening events with live music/piano/dj, animators, aqua gym etc;the staff was kind and diligent and the ladies at guest relations were so kind from the first moment! We would highly recommend this destination to friends !

We stayed for one week beginning of June. It’s a great hotel. It looks very nice and clean. The food is nice and the restaurant always looks really clean. The Turkish restaurant was really nice and all staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean when we checked in and We got clean towels every day in our room and the floor sweep, but the bathroom didn’t get properly cleaned while we were there. The public areas of the hotel were always cleaned while we were there. The public toilets got cleaned every 15 minutes and were spotless. The swimming pool is really nice and never felt crowded, and the animation team always had activities going on but they never were pushy trying to join in. My only criticism about the pool area was the music on repeat. They replayed the same playlist few times a day every day, and after a while it becomes very repetitive. We didn’t rate the beach, but we have been really spoiled over the years with white powdered sand and palm trees, and unfortunately the beach at this hotel is pebbly and dark sand ( not to our taste), but we were happy using the pool. The hotel guests are predominantly from Eastern Europe, but it was nice being one of the only British guests there. Some of the members of staff spoke good English. There is a small bus that goes to Side old town every 10 minutes, between 8:30 am and midnight, and only cost €1.50 and drop you off next to the archaeological site in Side and a very short walk to the old town centre. Most of the staff were friendly, but RüZgar (from costumer’s service) was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. I haven’t given a 5 star just because of the beach and the fact that our room didn’t get cleaned properly while we were there, but otherwise is a great hotel. And great value for money. We will probably return.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. The entertainment team did an excellent job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for guests of all ages. We would also like to give special thanks to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies working in the evenings. They were always kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided us with a lot of useful information, answered all our questions, and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm attitude and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel's facilities were outstanding, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Real nice hotel with good rooms , excelent drinks and diverse , good food. The beach is real nice with golden sand some small stones when you enter the water but no big problem. The staff was friendly and helpfull , overall a real nice vacation and i rec it to other people.
