Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel

This hotel was one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced. From the outside, they try to present themselves as luxurious and high-quality, but inside it is nothing but chaos, unprofessionalism, and complete carelessness. The staff’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and some employees behaved as if guests were a burden rather than paying customers. Instead of feeling welcomed, you feel unwanted. The cleanliness of the rooms was absolutely unacceptable. There are serious hygiene problems throughout the hotel, and many areas look poorly maintained and neglected. The food was below average in every possible way — limited variety, low quality, and after a few days it became unbearable to see the same tasteless meals again and again. Calling this place a “quality hotel” is simply misleading people. The worst part was the management’s attitude toward problems and complaints. Whenever an issue was reported, they tried to ignore it instead of solving it. Guest satisfaction clearly means nothing to them. It honestly feels like their only concern is taking people’s money. For anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, this hotel is a huge mistake. Instead of comfort, quality, and good service, you leave with stress, frustration, and regret. I would never return and I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel looks very stylish and luxurious. Most of the staff are kind, but the guest relations team, Kübra and Ali, were very helpful to us. We wish all the staff a great season. Thank you for everything.

Hotel is top notch very clean food is good the only draw back we have found being the only english people here its full of russians polish romanian...The dining experience is interesting as they wslk around filling there plates as though they have never been fed before,and also very rude,pushing in front of you to get to food.So if your english this hotel is not for you.As i say the hotel itself is top notch and a lot of the staff are very friendly just a shame there isnt more english here.

We have had a truly beautiful and unforgettable time staying at the Bosphorus hotel for our holiday. A few too many Russians being too loud, drunk and rude but the staff at the hotel are all really lovely and so hospitable. I'd like to give a special mention to Gizem and also Berkay for making us feel so welcome and always making sure we're having a brilliant time here. Berkay also knows my order for drinks so he is a top man 😁.
