Otel gerçekten beklentilerimin üzerinde bir deneyim sundu. Odalar temiz, konforlu ve oldukça bakımlıydı. Çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzü de ayrıca takdire değer. Konumu oldukça güzel ve otelin genel atmosferi çok keyifli. Özellikle temizlik ve hizmet kalitesinden çok memnun kaldım. İstanbul’da konaklamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle ilk tercihlerimden biri olacak.

Staff are lovely and friendly, pool view room lovely, had one issue with rooms when first got here as our room wasn’t ready but they did upgrade are room without charge because of the mix up of having to stay in a lower room for 1 night, but other than that great hotel and amazing entertainment staff.

Some places become special not because of the rooms, but because of the emotions they leave in our hearts. Castival Hotel in Side, Manavgat, Antalya is one of those places for me. March last year was the first time I visited. Every time I return, I feel the same warmth and happiness. From the delicious and varied food to the impeccable service and genuine hospitality, everything is designed to make guests feel welcome. What makes this hotel truly memorable are the people. The staff’s kindness, smiles, and attention to every detail create an atmosphere that feels like coming home. As humans we return for the emotions, for the memories, and for the way people make us feel. Thank you, Castival Hotel, for giving us not just another holiday, but beautiful moments that we carry with us long after we leave.

It's a great hotel,the best service and great people.

I wouldn't not recommend for any vegetarian lovers as they don't have much option in vegetarian food for 8 days have to eat almost similar food cleaning wise not great with rooms and itchy beds staff all are good but mostly don't understand English
