Crystal Aura Beach Resort & Spa

I originally planned to stay for just five nights at Crystal Aura, but I ended up extending my stay to two full weeks. That’s how much I enjoyed it! The hotel has a beautiful, organised beach with small pebbles and clear water. I loved spending my mornings there, just relaxing and swimming. The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious. On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day. Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night. The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun. All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotless with a balcony and daily cleaning service including fresh towels. Check-in was smooth, I arrived a bit early, but they kindly invited me to enjoy lunch while my room was being prepared. The location is another big plus, right in Kemer centre, so shops, cafes, and the marina are all within walking distance. Overall, it was such a pleasant and comfortable stay that I honestly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely come back again next summer!

Place is overall good value for money, but I personally do not enjoy that everyone assumes everyone speaks russian (I certainly do not). Also the shows to children are in agitator language. I dislike the russian /soviet culture, so that is the downside of the stay, but other than that - quite a nice place.

When we arrived we ended up in separate rooms however the morning after the reception staff where more than accommodating in rectifying the mix up, that hotel manager also offered to help by gifting late check outs which we was more than grateful for. The hotel and staff and lovely and food is excellent. Would deffo recommend 🙂

The location of the hotel is very good. The atmosphere was ok. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately Russian is their first choice for communication. The rooms were clean, but the common areas were dirty. The pool water was very cold. Very few people were swimming. During water aerobics, there were more instructors by the pool than tourists. The animators for children could wear uniforms that would make them recognizable. Unfortunately, there were too few activities for children and the evening dances were dull. The last three days before leaving were very nice shows. The food was tasty but very bland. What happened to your dishes? There were dried food residue on the plates. Absolutely abnormal. Not a single day did I find a clean plate.

Great location, clean room, delicious food. The beach area is small, we didn't need water shoes. The downside is that the sunbeds are occupied with towels from early morning, both by the sea and by the pool.
