It's such a small, quite nice hotel. Very clean. Basically uninteresting. Reception. The service at the reception was perfect. Guest relations I had a few questions that they helped me with immediately. The rooms. The rooms are large and clean. In each room there are signs that you put on the door handle – you can clean my room. But it was pointless to do that, because they have their own cleaning system. They basically came to clean my room only after I returned to it at about 11 o'clock from 8 o'clock in the morning – they knew that it was like that every day. So it seemed like they were just watching for when I would come and they were already knocking. Food. The food was delicious. But in the morning, old ointment was often used on the borek. The same goes for baked eggs. Cakes. The cakes were delicious. SPA - Pool. The pool is quite small. It has a peculiarity that cold air flows into it. There should be warm water in it. Even though after several days of arguing the water was warm in the morning, due to the air flow - creating waves?, it was cold within 1 hour. There is no clock in the pool area. There is a board, but it only announces the expected water temperature. In other hotels such a board alternately displays information about the temperature, date and time. Too bad it is not like that here. My stay was disappointing for me. The mineral water pool was not freely accessible. However, the hotel description did not state any restrictions on entry. It should be clearly stated under what conditions it is possible to enter. The second disappointment was that the hotel offers a game – bocce. But there is no place to play bocce. It was a small patch of dirt between the trees that slopes from the center and if the a metal ball lands there, it rolls towards the fence. Players have to be careful not to poke their eye out on a tree branch while playing. The hotel garden is all concrete, with only a minimum of greenery. In Europe, we are taught from a young age that greetings are the basis of polite behavior. I have it so ingrained that it offends me if some people do not observe this basis of politeness, or if, when I greet them, they do not have the decency to greet me back. The second rule is that men greet women and younger women greet older women. Apparently I am very unlikable, to some people because they have treated me very disrespectfully or ignored me. 1. During the morning and after lunch I went to a bar for coffee. There were two waiters who took turns, but they treated me the same way every day for 3 weeks. When they saw me coming, they hid behind the bar wall or turned their backs on me and carefully wiped the dust. When I greeted them, they didn't have the decency to greet me back. They always kept me waiting and when someone else came in the meantime, they greeted them first and asked what they wanted, just to make me stand there. But the guests were polite and always let them know it was my turn. I wanted an espresso, or a Turkish coffee. The second thing they did to me was give me espresso with water added, which wasn't really espresso, but just colored water. Same with Turkish coffee – little coffee, lots of water! My protests didn't help! 2. Another person – a woman – about 25 years younger than me – who was on duty at the entrance of the restaurant in the evening also had a problem with me because she ignored me. When I greeted her, she didn't even have the decency to greet me back. When I walked past, she greeted the people who followed me so loudly that it must have been heard all the way to the 4th floor. I don't understand what her problem is?! 3. And thirdly, the lady, a large woman who cleaned the rooms. I'm guessing she's around 50-55, which means she's at least 10 years younger than me, and she didn't even have the decency to greet me back. The other younger women greeted me normally. Excessive care is also not appropriate. Having to report every night how I was doing, how my day was, what my vacation was like, or where I was and what I was doing, made me feel like I was in prison or a police station. I am allergic to being checked and questioned by hotel staff. Secondly, it is rude, even cheeky when I am getting my food and an employee shakes my hand in greeting, or even when I am sitting at a table eating and an employee interrupts me while I am eating by shaking my hand in greeting while simultaneously questioning me as if I were at a police station. The sea. The sea is behind the road and the park. I didn't see any fences, so that probably means the beach is public, with access for everyone, which is often annoying. I was out of season (February), but the days were beautifully sunny. There was no possibility to relax on the beach - no seating. Even walking on the beach is not possible unless you want to risk a sprained ankle, as the beach is covered with piles of stones. The beach is located under a hill, at the top of which a walkway runs along the entire length of the coast. The beach is divided into sections belonging to individual hotels and access is via stairs down. Individual steps are neglected, full of garbage, old dry grass, flowers and stones. There are not even 10 benches on the entire stretch of the sidewalk. You have nowhere to sit and relax while walking. It must be very difficult on the beach in the summer. A very small beach for quite a few people. I also met the nice hotel staff at the hotel, but I don't think I'll ever come back here again.

The hotel is generally good, but the outdoor pool is not in use. There is an indoor pool available, but it is quite small. Activities are very limited, so it is more suitable for those who prefer a quiet, relaxing holiday focused on food and rest. I believe the limited activities are due to the season not being fully open yet. Cleanliness is good, the food is good, and the staff are attentive, caring, and friendly.

After reviewing many different all-inclusive hotels in Turkey that are opened in winter, our choice landed on Crystal De Luxe. And it was a hit! We truly loved our two-week stay there. Here why: Room As a family of four adults, we were given two connecting rooms with balconies facing absolutely gorgeous mountains. Although the sun rose from the sea, its light reflected onto the mountains with a magical pink glow, which looked stunningly unreal every morning. Initially, I asked to change our rooms to get a sea view, but honestly, I’m very happy we didn’t. The sea view there isn’t very impressive, as it’s about 400-500 meters away and the hotel has only four floors. In addition, guests with sea‑facing rooms also overlooked the internal courtyard and complained about noise. We, on the other hand, were absolutely fine 😊 The beds are comfortable. There is a small minibar in a mini‑fridge with soft drinks and water, replenished daily. There is a kittle, tea and coffee bags. The shower was great, with strong water pressure. The bathroom amenities include liquid hand soap and a so‑called “2‑in‑1” body and hair wash (we didn’t use it for hair), as well as hair conditioner, body lotion, a magnifying mirror, and a hair dryer. There were sleepers and bathrobes as well. There is no ironing board or iron. However, if you stay for 7+ nights, the hotel offers free laundry service for personal items (up to 8 kg per room). If you want the clothes ironed, there is an additional charge. Food We found the food to be of excellent standard and only used the buffet restaurant. I’m usually quite fussy and don’t eat meat or dairy products, but the main buffet was fantastic. All the food was fresh and straight “off the stove.” The variety was very impressive, and everything was delicious. The staff work tirelessly to ensure everything is spotless, well presented, and that everyone is well looked after. The only slightly frustrating few things I want to mention: for the first 10 days there was freshly squeezed orange juice available at breakfast. Unfortunately, it disappeared for the last four mornings and was replaced with a terrible, overly sweet, chemical‑tasting drink. Another: there was not any plant-based milk... We had to buy oat milk for our lattes in Migros. And I missed oatmeal, there were oats in the milk, but again, not everyone takes dairy and it looked like a soup. Lobby Bar The staff here is amazing as well. They start your day with delicious, aromatic, energizing lattes (or any coffee of your choice - Turkish coffee and all espresso‑based drinks are available), and continue with premium drinks throughout the day and night. Cold champagne, beer, and yummy cocktails are all on offer. There is also a great variety of sweet treats: cakes, pastries, and ice cream. Table service is available, so everything you want is delivered right to you, you don’t even really need to go to the bar yourself. Cleanliness Top‑notch! All common areas are very clean. I want to especially mention the wonderful cleaning angel who took care of the public washrooms. True gratitude and respect to this lovely girl who, despite the demanding nature of her job, was always happy, friendly, polite, and smiling. Needless to say, the bathrooms were spotless and shiny. Thank you so much!!! SPA A very nice facility. We enjoyed a real Turkish hammam experience, but even more we loved the two saunas (with different temperatures) and the cold pool with mineral (spring) water. Entertainment There was a mini disco every night for kids, followed by an adult program starting at 9:30 pm at the Lobby Bar. The live music was great, guests started dancing right there. After 11:00 pm, the disco opened in the club downstairs. There were also karaoke evenings and quiz nights. During the day, there were darts and shooting competitions. We had a lot of fun. Special thanks to Emre!!! What a guy! Smart, funny, positive, with great personality and full of energy. He is fantastic with guests and ends up becoming a friend. He’s brilliant at remembering everyone’s names and truly makes the place feel warm and welcoming. Staff The staff at the resort are truly awesome. They genuinely go out of their way to help you. Special mention to Liudmila and Ismet, but honestly, all of the staff were brilliant and very attentive. Thank you all. The only person who disappointed us was Venera, who approached us and, after a very brief introduction, immediately asked us to write HER a review. It felt strange, as we didn’t even know her and she hadn’t provided us with any services or assistance. Cats WE LOVED THE CATS! We received so much love and cat therapy!!!! Don’t worry, they are clean and have regular vet check‑ups. They simply bring joy, relaxation, and happiness. Location and territory Although the hotel’s territory is quite small and compact, it is very well situated in the city of Kemer, only about 500 meters from the beach and close to everything. We really enjoyed our walks both into the town and along the seaside. There is a gorgeous coastal path with breathtaking views, which made our daily walks especially enjoyable. Final thoughts If you’re wondering whether to book this hotel, I would definitely say book it, you won’t be disappointed. I’m very fussy when it comes to service, food, cleanliness, and safety, and I thought it was fantastic. All in all, we had an amazing time. The hotel feels compact, safe, and full of things to do, with a wonderful family atmosphere. We would definitely love to return.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The behaviour of some staff members towards female guests is completely unacceptable. They are very pushy and repeatedly try to get women to go out with them, asking for phone numbers, Instagram, or other personal contact. When a woman refuses, their attitude often changes immediately. They become rude, offended and start behaving in a very unprofessional and childish way. This makes many women feel extremely uncomfortable, especially those who are already in relationships or simply want to enjoy their stay in peace. Another serious issue is that they sometimes try to push alcohol on guests by pouring more drinks than requested. This is not only unprofessional but also highly inappropriate. This is absolutely not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel, especially one that claims to be 5-star. Staff should respect guests and their boundaries. When a woman says no, it means no clearly and without question. This review is not based on a single situation but on multiple experiences. Management should take this problem seriously and deal with the staff responsible, because this kind of behaviour should never be tolerated in a professional hotel.

We had a very pleasant time during off-season in March. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The entertainment has big variety and is well managed. There are karaoke, live music, competitions outside and hobby rooms. Something to do for both adults and children. As during off season there is no pool outside, but there are spa amenities inside, which are really nice! The food is really good and has variety. We also loved a fish A la Carte... it was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All our questions found answers and they kept us entertained. Special thanks to mr. Ayyildiz for making sure we were well taken care of. We definitely want to come back here another time.
