Diamond Excellence Resort & Spa

We have just returned from the Diamond Excellence Resort, and we truly loved our stay! As we travel to Turkey twice a year and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this one is definitely among the best. We were very impressed with the hotel: the resort is compact and well designed, the food is delicious and varied, which is very important to us, the alcoholic beverages are of good quality, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (we stayed in a family room). The sandy beach is clean, pleasant, and equipped with very comfortable sunbeds. The facilities and dining options are excellent, but what truly makes the difference is the staff, incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Merdan, the bartender at the beach bar and the Irish Bar, for his professionalism, kindness, and impressive memory. It’s always a real pleasure when a staff member remembers guests and their drink preferences among so many visitors, it makes the holiday experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Eray, the nightclub bartender, who showed exemplary calm and professionalism when an incident occurred with our electronic cigarette. He reacted immediately, put out the fire, handled the situation perfectly, and reassured us with great kindness while we were in shock. Thanks to such professionalism and care, our stay went wonderfully well. The only small downside was the hairdresser, who unfortunately couldn’t manage a simple bob haircut. After the appointment, I had to contact a hairdresser at another hotel and walk about twenty minutes to fix the uneven result. However, this small inconvenience did not spoil our overall excellent experience. We will gladly return! 🌺

The hotel is in a wonderful location with direct access to a beautiful beach. The hotel itself is exclusive, and the rooms are clean and spacious. 🥰 The food is very good, with many options to choose from, including themed evenings such as Mexican or Italian night. The entertainment is top-notch, with plenty of activities organized by the animators throughout the day and in the evenings 💃🏼💃🏼The only downside was one of the animators, a girl with long black hair, who persistently pressured us to buy bingo tickets from her rather than from the other animators. This made a very negative impression on me, and I no longer wanted to take part in the activities she was running. Other than that, the hotel is of the highest standard.

We took the turkish hamam and massage with friends and it was lovely. Very professional and enjoyable. Definitely will recommend to visit.

This place is amazing! It offers plenty of unforgettable experiences, starting with delicious cuisine and ending with professional, fun and engaging animation and yoga team. The staff here are truly outstanding, real professionals who take care of every little detail and make you feel valued. The rooms are spotless, the views are breathtaking, and the beach restaurant has friendly waiters and a wonderful atmosphere. There's no time for boredom because animators encourage guests to join fun activities throughout the day. Evening shows are both professional and enjoyable. Whether you're young or elderly, everyone will find something to love here.
