Wonderfull hotel. Fine rooms, pools are ok and clear, Not a hotel for Kids, the Kitchen was great, fresh and delicius food, New dishes over the week. And the Bartender Erkan great Guy, serving beer and drinks, smiling and joking, made good times in the Bar

Sat here writing this review awaiting our transport to leave having never been to Turkey absolutely gutted to be going home. This hotel is 100% underrated and is quite easily a 4 star plus. From walking through the door the staff cannot do enough for you, assisted you to your room with your luggage, shown around your room. Informative timing sheet for all the bars/food etc. The rooms are modern, clean and bottled water is provided. The rooms are cleaned everyday unless you don’t require. Bedding is changed alternate days possibly three days? Which doesn’t really bother us as end of the day there’s no need for daily changes when it’s just you using it. These rooms are the UK version of premier inn. TV. Comfy bed. You name it. We paid for a sea view room - do not get me wrong. If you don’t like noise on a night sea view rooms aren’t for you as it’s located next to a busy road that never sleeps. However this isn’t the hotels fault and by all means it doesn’t bother us at all because let’s be honest when you’ve been and seen the view you’re getting the road doesn’t matter. It’s situated right where you want it to be. Shops local. Water sports literally over the road. Lovely walk into the harbour and other shops. You don’t need to leave Alanya when you stay here because everything is on the door step. We were skeptical about Turkey but 100% we will be back next year! Nothing comes close to this hotel and the staff here are fantastic could not fault them at all. If you’re happy to try new food, the food is not an issue, end of the day we’re in Turkey, and to have local food for me is not an issue because they wouldn’t come to our country and expect their own food so neither should we as tourists. Their desserts section is to DIE for! Honestly. MASSIVE SHOUT TO ERKAN! Fantastic customer service friendly attitude and always came out his way to speak to us as he did other guests. Also the cleaners are under recognised! These women sweat their bits off daily to keep our rooms clean & they even got my partner a birthday cake and left in fridge on our return. Fantastic hotel.
