Negatives Firstly the transfer from Antalya airport to this hotel is anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours but there is a smaller airport that’s only 20 minutes but uk airlines don’t fly into that one why I don’t know!! The beach I felt was a little bit of a let down lots of singles bring water shoes with you there are sun loungers but need updating thought it was just for hotel but not other people were not at the hotel were using them and they were being charged for them so abit disappointed with that . There are soft drinks available but anything alcohol you have to go back to the hotel which is across the street and a very busy street. This is the positives The hotel from the time you walk through the door it’s stunning the decor is amazing always smells amazing. The staff every single one of them are amazing nothing is to much trouble a big shout out to Ali in the restaurant who is always smiling and so helpful he is a credit to your hotel keeping the restaurant spotless. I do feel that the food is aimed at the Europeans not the English some days was different to find something to eat. The cakes are incredible. The pool areas are lovely 2 good size swimming pools and Jacqui and a very small infant pool also there is the pool snack bar choices of burgers pizza chips onion rings also an ice cream bar that was lovely different flavours of ice cream, next to the snack bar is where you will find an incredible choice of coffee hot and ice coffees and flavours. The patisserie which was open 10 till 6 which was amazing choice of cakes and different biscuits and very well air conditioned also serves coffee the lady in there is so nice The spa is nice and the guy that walks round selling treatments can’t remember his name think his name ender was lovely I had a head neck and shoulder massage was very good you also get your pool towels from there. The beds in rooms are very comfortable very spacious sea view room lots of space to put your belongings away but a very very busy road day and night lots of tooting and traffic noise. The most welcoming of staff who made you feel individually valued. Attentive service by all. A special mention to Adnan at the bar - nothing was too much trouble,the chef on the grill who cooked the meat and fish exactly to your request with the warmest welcome and also the housekeeping staff with the biggest smiles. Beautiful rooms, fabulous food and drink and the only hotel I have never had to compete to get sunloungers. (Slight downside of no evening entertainment- but on one day an Octoberfest was thrown which was phenomenal )

Brilliant hotel. Great location. The lobby always smelt gorgeous. And had air conditioning everywhere. Great atmosphere. Very clean and modern hotel. Good size rooms and balcony great views. Big bathrooms great shower. Even the side sea views were great. All the staff are very friendly. Two small pools but never had a problem getting a sun bed. Great spa. Had a lovely Turkish bath. (good price) there’s a bus stop and a taxi rank right outside the hotel. And close to shops and restaurants. Negative’s. The bar is outside and very close to the main road. So quite loud traffic noises. and no evening entertainment. The hotel food mainly is for German tastes. Continental breakfast every day. And the food was mostly cold. Unless you were lucky enough to be there when they brought out fresh. The hotel should invest in heated servers. Nice deserts tho. The snack bar again always cold food. Fries, burgers, pizza Salads. The beach bar was great but charged for alcoholic drinks and food and was open to anyone so you didn’t always get a decent spot on a sun bed. A lot of negatives, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
