My friends and I are very happy, yes we are still at the hotel, Pedro is providing excellent service, he's running around like a whirlwind in Javarada, orders arrive very quickly, we are very pleased

“Just recently returned from my 4th visit to Ethno :) It is no longer just a hotel — it feels like a second home, with family members around me—a huge thank you to the Ethos management. Even within just 3 nights, there were so many moments when I truly felt their care and presence. What an outstanding and professional team. My Ethos stars are Nargiza, David, and Nur ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Every little request was resolved in under 5 minutes. They make a huge difference and create an exceptional guest experience. Bar manager Selciuk is a very professional team member. He is always there when needed and is very hands-on. The mixologists at the lobby bar, Ahmet and Ibrahim, made absolutely delicious special cocktails and communicated with guests in such a professional, intelligent, and welcoming way. That is exactly what you hope for in a luxury place like Ethno. The food in all restaurants was excellent, with endless delicious selections. Keep it up, Ethno. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Yuliya, Zeynep, Karina and Cennet were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit truly amazing team members who made our experience even more special. The hotel itself is fantastic, with great service and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

We know Ethno Belek from the beginning. We visited hotel for several times in different periods. We remember it when it was just opened rather elegant european style with very creative atmosphere and very delicious food. For us it was unexpected that the hotel was closed for winter for its renovation because it was only opened a year ago and it had winter concept and it was rather successful. And for us it was rather interesting to know what was changed during this winter period. We came here on the fifth day when it was opened and tried to find out what was changed. At first we couldn't see any changes in interior. But then we understood that great changes are in people who work there now. All people are very polite and with great desire to help you. We see that this is a new team. Though we see some of the "old workers". It is true that people make any successful project. When we left hotel in November 2025 we saw personnel without any desire to help you. But now all has changed. We were met by very competent guest relations team (as Zeynep and Cennet) who had a great desire to help their guests, who wanted to make the rest of their guests pleasant and unforgettable. And though the weather is not so sunny and warm the team of the hotel tries to compensate it by its hearts' warmness. Every people who works there now are ready to help you. They are always smiling and all the time ask you how can they help and if you are ok. The food and beverages is excellent. The chief cookers try to surprise guests with the exclusive dishes. Today was opened a'la carte Noor of middle east food and we didn't expect to be surprised with such tasty food and excellent service. We are thankful to waitress Alminda for her heartiest service and chief cooker Serkan for such incredible dishes of middle East (we tried kebab, lamb chops and grilled meat, it was so juicy and very tasty). We understand that now in the hotel work people who love their work. We are also grateful to Kids Club workers and their chief manager who really love children and make their entertainment unforgettable. We really understand: you can build new luxury hotel with fancy style but to make it comfortable, cozy can do only professional workers who are really fans of their work and we are thankful to the chief managers of the Ethno Belek hotel who can unite people in a team of professionals! Certainly we recommend everybody to visit this hotel and make sure in our words. We wish the team of the hotel a good mood and stay always smiling and with the great desire to work during all the season and we are sure that in the end of the season we will find them smiling and helpful! Great hotel if you get good price. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Good room for family, kids have also beds. Big kids building. Food and drinks perfect. Everywhere is clean. No noice. Service good, but long delivery by pool when you order by QR. But it depends on place. In the beach service by QR was fast. Good sunbeds Good location. In November for me pool tempreture was too low in the "heating pool". Other hotels (Maxx Royal Belek, Cullinan, Voyage, Calista and ect) warmer water.
