We have just returned from our third visit to the Serenity and have already booked our next visit. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with plenty of sunbeds and shady areas. The rooms are beautifully appointed with all the amenities expected from a resort of this level. The main restaurant offers a vast variety of beautifully prepared dishes which are varied and interesting. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary whilst we were there and we dined at the French restaurant where as always the food was superb served by the very attentive restaurant manager and staff. Thank you all for a lovely evening. The community areas including the bars and lounges are elegant stylish and relaxing . We golfed whilst we were there. Both courses Old and New are immaculate and well maintained. We would like to thank ALL the staff from the gardeners, cleaners , bar staff, chefs,Waiters porters, reception and customer service team,plus anyone I've failed to mention for their hard work and dedication. We look forward to returning to the Serenity in the near future. Thank you.

We visit Belek several times a year, so we have a good basis for comparison. We've stayed multiple times at some of the region's top luxury resorts, including Maxx Royal, Cullinan Belek, Regnum Carya, and Regnum The Crown. Based on those experiences, we feel confident sharing our honest opinion. First of all, we arrived at the hotel during what we had been assured by the hotel via email was the high season. The hotel was in a state of complete disorder. The attached photos clearly show construction work, excavators, ongoing renovations, and constant noise throughout the property. We have never encountered anything like this during this time of year, especially at a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience The rooms were in an unacceptable condition. As the attached photos clearly show, they were dirty and poorly maintained. What I want to emphasize the most, however, is the catastrophic level of customer service. The staff simply didn't seem to care about us at all. Every conversation felt like listening to rehearsed corporate scripts instead of speaking with people who genuinely wanted to help. They were unable—or unwilling—to find any meaningful solution to even the most basic problems. Throughout our stay, we felt completely ignored, disrespected, and treated as if neither we nor our family mattered. There are countless amazing hotels in Belek that truly deliver a luxury experience. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Our advice is simple: avoid this hotel

From the welcome to the departure - everything about this hotel is superb. The standard of rooms, service, facilities were absolutely perfect. On our check out day, the hotel provided cards so we could eat and drink as normal as well as providing a locker room where you can shower, store things and get ready for coming home - the Gloria Serenity has thought of it all. We will be back next year and are already looking at dates. Why try anywhere else when our stay was faultless!
