Honestly there’s only one reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars… and it’s aircon! So a pretty big one. So disappointed as if it had been great, this would have been the best hotel we’d stayed in Turkey! The staff go above and beyond! The spa is brilliant! Snack bar staff kept us hydrated and kids stocked up with ice creams. Slides are amazing. Food is exceptional! Always something to eat. And we love eating Turkish! So if you’re expecting to be eating British food… why go to Turkey??? Kids club was incredible. Brand new building and you can tell. The outdoor space is incredibly safe. Climbing frame has no random drops, so you can sit and chill without worrying about your wee ones falling and hurting themselves. Same with the soft play! We went to the mini disco every night! Girl who took the disco was so amazing with the kids. We absolutely loved her. Rooms were kept lovely and clean. The beach was ok. But the Gozleme was fab. Big queues though. But lack of aircon, just none existent. The staff did do everything they could to try and make us more comfortable, like moving us to a non south facing room, which did help a little. I’m so sad, as we would be back in a heartbeat. But if you like your Turkey warm… it’s honestly a fabulous hotel!

The shows and darts this week were really fun! Guests enjoyed taking part in all the activities, from games to evening shows. Sait kept the energy up every day, making sure everyone had a great time. It was a week full of fun, friendly competition, and good moments together.

Sait leads darts amazingly and turns a game into a more fun competition between other people on the holiday. Very supportive entertainment team and the try to include everyone and they make the holiday very enjoyable. In darts especially they turned it into a mini competition which included younger children and adults. Very inclusive team

Facilities are nice and lots of fun options. But I have a huge issue with the way some of the staff were towards me. I'm a young woman and I would catch some of the male staff members making eyes at me and then whispering to their friends. While ordering a drink a drink at the bar one guy always looked me up and down and was fixated on my breast. And the cherry on top of all of this, I was sitting waiting for the evening entertainment to start, and a staff member who I had never spoken to, came up to me, not saying a word and POKED MY BREAST and then walked off like it was nothing. I paid to way too much money to be made to feel uncomfortable. Do better
