Hotel Alaiye Kleopatra

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I'm not disappointed. The staff is very helpful, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. The food is always delicious. The pool is clean and well-maintained, although it's a bit older. The rooms are cleaned daily.

I used to go to this hotel alot My last visit in may 2026 Receptionist lady was rude Some of the waiter's were rude and would laugh behind your back Asked the waiter when my daughter had really hurt her foot if he could get a bowl of ice he blankly refused and got abrupt saying the restaurant was closed even when were outside by the pool I took my dad to this hotel for many years I will never go back to this hotel was upset to see how the staff treated me after my dad passed away i return to this hotel for my dad as he loved it but will never return again

We were really thankful to Kared who welcomed us and said that our room was ready to go although we arrived 4 h before check-in, also we got the breakfast . That made us very happy, because we had night flight and it was really rainy weather outside. So we could have a good rest. Hotel location was really great: shopping, beach, restaurants, hamams all around. Restaurant staff was fiendly and attentive. Food was fine for our taste. Rooms were maybe a bit outdated, but beds were very comfortables, so we slept all nights like babies. Also we went to the hotel hairdresser, she was very friendly and we got our hair nicely done. Who doesn´t look for luxury, this hotel is excellent.

Mustafa the receptionist and shaheem and berat the bell boy were great help. Any thing I asked they were straight to help. Will be coming back 😄

To much loud music on the terrasse every day in 2 weeks even when some guests complained about it. The food in the snackbar is always the same every day every year. The pool needs to be cleaned a lot more. The service is supreme.
