Hotel Commodore Elite Suites Spa

We have been here 5 times now and every time has been fantastic. The staff are always there to attend to your needs. They are courteous and respectful and hard working. From the managers to the waiting staff everyone are fantastic. The hotel provides everything you wish for for a relaxing time

We had a fantastic experience at this fabulous hotel. The staff were very welcoming and extremely friendly. Especially the animation staff, Ossie in particular who encouraged us to play darts everyday. The food was excellent and plentiful. With 2 à la carte restaurant s as well, which for no extra charge you could book once per week of your holiday. Tatianna from the service desk very kindly booked this for us. The hotel is adults only so very quiet , centrally located with shops all around. This was our second stay in 2 years can’t wait to get back. It would be nice if you had small Euro coins, to tip the staff as they very much appreciate it. Special thanks to Ossie and Tatianna see you soon.

Great Stay, but Mind the "Tourist Tax" The Good: • Accommodations: The hotel itself is lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. • Dining: The food was a highlight—very tasty with a good variety. • Atmosphere: Very popular with German travelers, making for a generally polite and orderly environment. Ozzy. He was fantastic and really made our stay special—definitely an asset to the team! The Watch-Outs: While the stay was enjoyable, be wary of the on-site vendors. There is a heavy emphasis on upselling, and prices for the following are significantly higher than what you’d find locally: • On-site Shops: Convenient, but you'll pay a premium. Tried charging 11 euros for cigarettes no named, no branded and charged a German 5 euros. • Photography Services: High-pressure sales and expensive packages. Don’t fall for the free voucher, wanted 10 euros per digital copy.. • Spa & Massage: Lovely services, but "charged over the odds." 3 different couples went there and were informed of various issues each and will be about 300 euros to repair.. Upsold a Mountain View on the booking, you can only see it slightly between all the buildings. Recommend a room at the back of the hotel for a lovely view. Verdict: Enjoy the hotel and the buffet, but maybe head off-site for your souvenirs and spa treatments if you want to save your budget!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is fabulous from the staff to the facilities. I wish I could give a score of 6.

Our third time at the Commodore and another great holiday- we've already booked again. Looked after brilliantly by Elena. Loved meeting all the staff again and being treated like friends.
