Hotel Miramare Beach

Hi Miramare! We have just returned from 2 weeks at your gorgeous hotel. This is the first review i have ever wrote on here, after travelling to different hotels/living in 11 different countries over the last 15 years. However i really wanted to provide some feedback! The hotel itself is absoloutely LOVELY, i used to live in antalya and have stayed in many hotels. This is BY FAR my favorite. As a CGRM (Concept and guest relations manager for TUI), i thought my experience as a guest could be valuable to you or to other potential holiday goers! 1) The hotel, interiors, furnishings are absoloutely gorgeous. 2)the SHORT walk to the beach is superb. 3)the rooms are lovely, (we had 4th floor, superiod deluxe sea room). 4)mustafa, entertainer is amazing!!!! 5)pool bar staff are so friendly and welcoming. There were a few things which could have made our experience better.... We paid £6,549 for 10 nights which is of course alot of money 1)the concept manager spoke very little english which made communicating difficult, i do speak 4 languages, but unfortunetly not german which was her chosen language. 2)i proposed to my fiance on day 2 of the stay, which i advised the hotel i was doing before my stay, to ask if there is any small gestures they could do to make it special(happy to pay), i got no response. i told the manager the same day it happened, and chased every day for 5 days for something to be done, i got no luck until day 6 when some petals were left on the bed., this was a little under whelming. 3)on our arrival to the hotel at midnight we asked if there was any food we can have after travelling for 19 hours they said sandwiches downstairs, when we went downstairs there was 1 stale one left . (we later found out on day 9 of our stay, that the a le carte restaurant is open from midnight till 7am for dinners (included!!) we asked reception on our arrival and they didnt know this. 4)we paid extra upgrade for our superior sea view room, as we wanted to make used of the balcony. on day one when we first cheked in the balcony light did not work, we informed the porter and reception to fix this - and chased this 8 times during our stay- it was never fixed. 5)you get to pick between 1 of the a le carte dinners during your stay, we choose the italian(indoor) for the night of our engagement..we had such an awful experience (and im not being fussy! as i said i never write reviews before and i am a happy go lucky person, everything is always amazing wheever we go despite the experience) howoever our waiter, was so OBSESSED with us filling in his survey its all he would talk about. We waited 25 minutes for our drinks, my dinner was baught out 15 minutes before my partners (and i had luke warm pasta, and they got his dinner wrong and said they had ran out of what he ordered (but didnt tell us when ordering). Unfortuenetly a child (due to no fault of the hotel), threw up /projectile vommitted all over the floor next to where we were sitting , right next to us. Staff did nothing, and did not offer to move us. We then left without desert due to the awful experience and all the manager did was beg us to fill in his survery

We have had another fantastic stay at Miramare Beach Hotel as family of 6 (two kids). It’s a brilliant hotel with a great atmosphere, lovely facilities and, most importantly, some amazing staff who really make the holiday. A special mention has to go to Hakan Galik, our waiter. We remembered him from our last visit and were genuinely so happy to see him again. Just like last time, he was amazing throughout our stay, always friendly, attentive and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He is a real credit to the hotel. Also a big mention to Tarik from the entertainment team. He was brilliant really friendly, energetic and always good fun to talk to. He brings loads of personality and energy to the entertainment and made a real effort to speak to us whenever he saw us. Food was amazing! For me it’s staff like Hakan and Tarik that make you want to return to a hotel. We’ve had another great stay at Miramare Beach and would happily come back again!

Amazing service. Specially Hakan Gali’s and the entertainment Tarik from entertainment is special Great guys and excellent at their jobs. A credit to all including Oscan a number one waiter Our second visit.

Amazing food, fun shows, friendly entertainment, steongly reccomend ❤️

Fantastic hotel, good food for everyone, went with 5 people and always managed to get sun loungers. Lots of markets and even a shopping centre near by. Lots of day time activities including darts, jenga and yoga, entertainment staff were great, always chatty and fun especially Tarik and mustafah. Rooms were clean beds were comfy and the balcony was pretty soundproof. Night time entertainment was good and different every night with good atmosphere. No complaints and would definitely recommend!
