Hotel Side Premium

I was on my vacation with family. In restaurant and lobbys there is no AC. We were in annex buildings and had very noisy neighbours. After few days of vacation I had food poisoning and fever and I heard that some of visitors had it also. You can expect that other visitors will stole your towels and your personal items. I would not recommend this hotel.

The OZ Side Premium hotel is a beautiful and relaxing hotel with very friendly staff especially those at guests relation and front desk reception also the food here is great, I will always recommend this hotel to anyone *****

Enjoyed our stay here. All the staff we met were really nice and welcoming. Mustafa ( the lobby bar guy makes the best Whiskey Sour ever. Rooms are clean.

A special thank you to all the waiters and waitresses for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. They work incredibly hard and always make us feel welcome. We would also like to praise the amazing animation team. They are full of energy, enthusiastic, and create a fantastic atmosphere for both adults and children.
