Our stay was exceptional. Communication was clear from booking to checkout, especially with the Lady in Red team via WhatsApp. Key highlights: Head Chef Adnan Atalay managed my severe food allergy perfectly. I felt safe at every meal because he briefed all staff on cross-contamination. Every member of staff across all outlets was responsive to my needs. Managing Director: His visible, professional leadership is why the entire staff is so well-trained and friendly. Sofra Restaurant: It offers a luxurious dining experience in a relaxed setting at an unexpectedly low price. Waitstaff are attentive, and the steak tartare is exceptional. The food was consistently well prepared across all outlets, and the quality of the drinks—from coffee and tea to cocktails—was excellent. Spa facilities include a hamam (Turkish bath), hot tub, sauna, steam room, a well-staffed gym with a good range of equipment, yoga and pilates classes, indoor and outdoor pools, beach and poolside areas, a golf course, walkways, and more. Even in the low season, we had excellent access and loved the entertainment.
