First of all I will say we had a lovely time at this hotel. I would give it 3.5 stars myself but that’s not an option. So 3 it is. The biggest thing that lets this hotel down is the location. I’m surprised it scores so highly on that side of things because the location is absolutely rubbish. It’s in the middle of absolutely nowhere. There is NOTHING around. I should have done my research better. Because I thought it was in Side. It’s not. It’s about 20 minute drive away. The beach is horrible. If you’re expecting a lovely sandy beach then you’re in for a big disappointment. It’s stones. Stones. Stones. And honestly quite dirty. The hotel itself is lovely. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was absolutely spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily. No issues with our room at all. The pools are lovely. We never had to fight for a sunbed. Sometimes we didn’t stroll down until 10am and we always got a spot. Plenty going on. The usual things. Not high quality entertainment but what I’ve come to expect from hotels over the years. It was fine. Could it be better. Yes. But also could be worse. The pool activities were great. It’s more the evening entertainment which is only around 30ish minutes. It’s not really enough. And that all takes place in an uncomfortable ampitheatre. It’s wire hard to play bingo on your lap in the dark. Would be much better elsewhere so you can sit at your table with your drinks and things. Food wasn’t bad. Really nice selection of salads and desserts. The mains were were hit and miss. The issue was nothing was very hot. By the time you sat down it was pretty much cold. And it would also be better if you were sat for dinner rather than have to find a table. This would ensure 2 people aren’t hogging a table for 6 etc. They didn’t seem to be able to keep up with the cleaning of them and on one occasion we couldn’t find any clean plates. On more than one occasion we couldn’t find any cutlery. Lovely hotel. Location rubbish. But if you literally never want to leave and stay by the pool then it’s perfect. Aside from the food which needs work. It’s a nice clean hotel but it is not 5 stars. Not a chance.

I checked out of the hotel today. First of all, I want to say that all the staff were very helpful. Our room was infested with ants, but they immediately took care of it and gave us another room. I consider this situation normal. because the whole area is covered in greenery and trees, and I love that. Rabia from the animation team They treated us very well. Also, the bellboy Muhammed is very smiling Thank you He was very helpful when there was a problem in the room. A special thank you to the reception team, the food was delicious, I will definitely come again.

its so good hotel i like it there .. the sea is clean and the beach is so pretty , food is good too but its dirty plates sometimes but its doesn’t matter the tobogains its very good and with animation team its very fun there

This is our 4th time here and we always have a great time , the facilities are great , the pool area and slides are great. The animation team are all friendly and the service is quick and efficient. This is a value resort and the food reflects that, there is masses to choose from and it's always fresh ( though it does not always stay hot) the location is amazing it has a private beach , fantastic spa , hosts a weekly pool party . If I had to be critical it's the size of the room and the housekeeping on this visit, we have previously had bigger rooms but it did not deter from the experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value trip , we will definitely return very soon Ps the Turkish Bath is a must do

Reception & Check-in Delayed Check-in: Extremely late room assignment. If you don't repeatedly ask, they won't give you your room. In fact, if you remain quiet, they will check in guests who arrived after you without even calling you when your room is ready. We had to wait 4 hours and ask 4 separate times before getting our key. Restaurant Long Lines: There are constantly huge queues for food. Food Quality & Variety: The food quality is quite poor, and the menu selection is very limited. Table Service: Poor service. You constantly have to hunt down basic cutlery (knives and forks) yourself. Rooms & Bathrooms Missing Amenities: No bar soap provided. Cotton swabs/q-tips are not placed in the room unless you explicitly ask for them. Cleanliness: Average housekeeping at best. Bathroom Drainage & Hygiene Issues: There is no floor drain near the toilet in the bathroom, causing water to pool around the area like a lake. Considering it's impossible to wash or rinse the floor properly due to the lack of drainage, it raises serious doubts about how effectively the toilet area is actually disinfected and cleaned. Aquapark, Pools & Beach Facilities: The aquapark and swimming pools are quite small. Sea & Beach Conditions: The sea water is not as clear compared to nearby Kemer—likely due to the influence of a nearby river, which also makes the water less salty. The sea is constantly rough with high waves, making normal swimming impossible. For the last 3 days of our stay, wave heights were around 1 meter. Entertainment Evening Shows: The provided evening entertainment programs are weak and not very engaging. Pros / Positives Grounds: The hotel territory is spacious and nicely landscaped with plenty of greenery. Layout for Quiet Evenings: The disco and event arena are located on the beach side—far away from the guest rooms—so noisy evening events do not disturb those looking for peace and quiet. Wi-Fi: Great Wi-Fi coverage and connection strength throughout the resort. Staff: The general service staff is decent, though the reception staff could definitely stand to be friendlier and more welcoming.
