Worst holiday ever!! 1056720956 Do not go to this hotel! Staff are rude! extremely inappropriate with teenagers after being told multiple times to not speak to them due to the nature of the conversation staff where trying to have with children! Lifeguard dosent even watch the children because he's busy asking children if they have Snapchat and he can add them ( I watched my children) other children where left at the pool with no adult as parents would take them to the pool at 10am and not come back untill 4pm! Food is slimey, sloppy, NOTHING FOR CHILDREN TO EAT apart from chips! Man attacking their wife's where children are! Staff doing nothing about it! Ants in all the rooms, mice, doors not locking, patio door broke so left open for 2 days! Threatened to phone the police on us for simply asking a question! Don't take baby's as i met a couple who where staying there they had ants in there room that got into the baby milk, baby clothes! the staff did nothing to help, the mother was absolutely heartbroken! i honestly could go on forever! After expressing my concerns with jet2 I was told it could get a flat home but it would be £5000 for a 1 way flight! I got a £150 refund and 150 vouchers after months of arguments! also evidence to back up my complaints! I paid nearly 3000 pounds for nothing!

Master Family Club has an excellent location with a private beach. Access is safe and convenient through an underground passage connecting the hotel to the beach. The passage itself is beautifully decorated with flowers, lights, and posters showcasing attractive places in other parts of Turkey, which creates a unique atmosphere. I would like to highlight Mohamed, the waiter, who despite being very busy was always kind and willing to help, even with taking photos. I also want to mention the animator Tubi, who made the pool aerobics fun and lively. Thanks to such staff members, my stay at Master Family Club was truly special

We stayed here for 4 night in November. Our first impression of the hotel was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception and the kindly walked us and took our luggage to our room. We stayed in the swim up room which was very nice, the walls were extremely thin! To the point where you could hear EVERYTHING coming from whoever was staying next to you and unfortunately for us we had another couple being rather loud during the night. The shower had a strange smell later on in the day aswell but apart from that the rooms were really lovely and clean. The pool we had at our room was absolutely freezing along with all the others although we didn’t try the indoor pool. I physically couldn’t get in it as it felt like my legs were in ice water. Didn’t matter how long I stayed sat with my legs in the pool neither. The staff were for the most part friendly. The entertainment team were nice apart from the ‘boss’. He of course asked us if we wanted to participate in bingo, and the music quiz, etc, and once we turned it down he stated he wouldn’t ask us again and just walked off. Which I felt was rather rude. He asked us a second time whilst we were then and again when we declined he walked off without even saying a thing. The restaurant staff were very polite, and were always there doing their job which I can only guess is clearly plates. But we’re always very friendly when doing so. Now the food, was extremely disappointing. So being pregnant I took precaution with the food anyway, so that meant that I didn’t eat any of the meat just to be on the safe side. What I did have wasn’t that great. Only good thing they had was pizza which they had once at dinner and then you could find at the snack bar at the pool or the beach during the day. My partner ate the food, as he isn’t at all fussy but ate it otherwise would’ve starved basically. There was a rubbish variety at breakfast too. It was disappointing. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return. I did take into consideration that it was the end of season, but I do think that even in the summer it wouldn’t live up to expectations and the fact it’s classed as a 4/5 star is crazy. It would be a 3 at the most. Most the staff were lovely and the room we had was very nice too but there’s a lot of improvements needed. I also hope that someone is looking after the cats that are living in the complex as they were extremely needy but also super cute

Our stay at Master Family Club was very good overall. The hotel was clean, and the food was tasty and varied. The beach was very close to the hotel. Even in November, the sea water was pleasantly warm, although the waves were quite strong. There was entertainment available, but there was one downside: during the music games, the host played Russian music that people from Nordic countries generally don’t know. I found this to be quite unfair. Otherwise, the staff were extremely friendly — we asked for an extra blanket, and it was brought to us immediately. The pools, however, were cold, and unfortunately the indoor pool was also cold. We had a swim-up room, and that pool was very cold as well. We ordered a taxi through the hotel and were given a VIP Volkswagen, which wasn’t very expensive for our group. It felt very safe because we communicated with the driver through WhatsApp, and he picked us up from Side city center and brought us back to the hotel without any issues. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Stayed here for five nights early November, the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the food was ok , my first time anywhere in turkey so wasn’t sure what to expect, was looking forward to a Turkish kebab but none at all. The location of the hotel is nowhere near anything so if you wanted to go anywhere it’s a small fortune in a taxi The entertainment wasn’t up to much £10 to play bingo and win things like spices and mainly things you wouldn’t buy , no shows , one of the bar staff was very rude , every time I asked for two drinks he’d say that’s not good, it’s ALL INCLUSIVE, I won’t be going there again
