Master Family Club

Master Family Club has an excellent location with a private beach. Access is safe and convenient through an underground passage connecting the hotel to the beach. The passage itself is beautifully decorated with flowers, lights, and posters showcasing attractive places in other parts of Turkey, which creates a unique atmosphere. I would like to highlight Mohamed, the waiter, who despite being very busy was always kind and willing to help, even with taking photos. I also want to mention the animator Tubi, who made the pool aerobics fun and lively. Thanks to such staff members, my stay at Master Family Club was truly special

We stayed here for 4 night in November. Our first impression of the hotel was lovely. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception and the kindly walked us and took our luggage to our room. We stayed in the swim up room which was very nice, the walls were extremely thin! To the point where you could hear EVERYTHING coming from whoever was staying next to you and unfortunately for us we had another couple being rather loud during the night. The shower had a strange smell later on in the day aswell but apart from that the rooms were really lovely and clean. The pool we had at our room was absolutely freezing along with all the others although we didn’t try the indoor pool. I physically couldn’t get in it as it felt like my legs were in ice water. Didn’t matter how long I stayed sat with my legs in the pool neither. The staff were for the most part friendly. The entertainment team were nice apart from the ‘boss’. He of course asked us if we wanted to participate in bingo, and the music quiz, etc, and once we turned it down he stated he wouldn’t ask us again and just walked off. Which I felt was rather rude. He asked us a second time whilst we were then and again when we declined he walked off without even saying a thing. The restaurant staff were very polite, and were always there doing their job which I can only guess is clearly plates. But we’re always very friendly when doing so. Now the food, was extremely disappointing. So being pregnant I took precaution with the food anyway, so that meant that I didn’t eat any of the meat just to be on the safe side. What I did have wasn’t that great. Only good thing they had was pizza which they had once at dinner and then you could find at the snack bar at the pool or the beach during the day. My partner ate the food, as he isn’t at all fussy but ate it otherwise would’ve starved basically. There was a rubbish variety at breakfast too. It was disappointing. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return. I did take into consideration that it was the end of season, but I do think that even in the summer it wouldn’t live up to expectations and the fact it’s classed as a 4/5 star is crazy. It would be a 3 at the most. Most the staff were lovely and the room we had was very nice too but there’s a lot of improvements needed. I also hope that someone is looking after the cats that are living in the complex as they were extremely needy but also super cute

Our stay at Master Family Club was very good overall. The hotel was clean, and the food was tasty and varied. The beach was very close to the hotel. Even in November, the sea water was pleasantly warm, although the waves were quite strong. There was entertainment available, but there was one downside: during the music games, the host played Russian music that people from Nordic countries generally don’t know. I found this to be quite unfair. Otherwise, the staff were extremely friendly — we asked for an extra blanket, and it was brought to us immediately. The pools, however, were cold, and unfortunately the indoor pool was also cold. We had a swim-up room, and that pool was very cold as well. We ordered a taxi through the hotel and were given a VIP Volkswagen, which wasn’t very expensive for our group. It felt very safe because we communicated with the driver through WhatsApp, and he picked us up from Side city center and brought us back to the hotel without any issues. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Stayed here for five nights early November, the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the food was ok , my first time anywhere in turkey so wasn’t sure what to expect, was looking forward to a Turkish kebab but none at all. The location of the hotel is nowhere near anything so if you wanted to go anywhere it’s a small fortune in a taxi The entertainment wasn’t up to much £10 to play bingo and win things like spices and mainly things you wouldn’t buy , no shows , one of the bar staff was very rude , every time I asked for two drinks he’d say that’s not good, it’s ALL INCLUSIVE, I won’t be going there again

So we leave tomorrow and I’m writing this before leaving. The hotel & Room We a family with a 15 month old, 2 parents and mother in law found the hotel very clean, comfy The room was fairly modern and although not huge has more than enough room for us all. Facilities are fab, from car hire to a small indoor mall with clothing shop, photographers(fantastic and well priced), spa, mini mart, hair studio and more. Bars, outdoor amphitheatre and pools where all fantastic. Staff: Couldn’t seem to do any more, very friendly toward us all, anything asked for was provided and baring in mind staff will be absolutely fatigued at the end of season, they where to us absolutely delightful. Location: Yes theres not much around the hotel, but its not needed, anything you need can be found on site, if you do want to go out from the hotel, go see Hassan in reception to discuss transfers or car hire, the car hire is a fair price, with no deposit needed, and no sneaky fees on return. Side & Mangavat 20 mins by car. Alanya a little over an hour. Food: Yes there wasn't the biggest choice for British but there is many nationalities to cater for. Food was edible and we certainly didn’t starve. Again considering price paid food was very fair. Atmosphere: Very friendly guests, tranquil scenic gardens and a nice relaxed vibe. Noise: Very quiet, the entertainment is on the beach amphitheatre or the lobby bar at front of hotel, so very quiet in rooms. Music during day around pool is at a moderate volume. Entertainment: Great local team of entertainers, very friendly
