Master Family Club

Despite all the mixed reviews I had read here, we had such a lovely family holiday at Master Family Club! The hotel grounds were beautiful and so well kept, and the location and layout of the resort made it so peaceful. The family room we had was huge and all recently built or refurbished! We were very pleasantly surprised. The food was mostly very good, with a huge variety every day, and we especially loved the freshly grilled meats and fish in the evenings for dinner! The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, always available and caring. Our children (and us adults too) absolutely loved the entertainment team, who kept everyone busy and happy every day. The kids especially loved the Mini Club, and the shows in the evenings! This was our first family holiday in Turkey, and Master Family Club not only did not disappoint, but also raised the bar really high! We would love to come back here again, and would highly recommend this hotel/resort for everyone, especially those with children.

The hotel itself it’s lovely not too pleased with the food as it’s hard to find something that is good for the kids to eat but in terms of the staff and the atmosphere it was amazing a bit upset to leave. The absolute best part was the party/activtivy reps they are absolutely amazing. They make you feel more like family than friends a big shoutout to Enes, Eray, Eren, Anna, Rabiya and Pikachu absolutely lovely people and will be sincerely missed.

The hotel is very nice, animation is good. I would say the hotel isnt for english people ive spoken with a few english and they have said the food isnt very good. But us as family didn't mind the food it is nice for a wewk get away. Makesure you bring beach shoes as it is pebble.

Very nice hotel, pool area is brilliant for kids of all ages my 2 year old loved there little pool, the entertainment team are really good with the children

We’re currently on our last night of our stay here and we couldn’t be happier or more surprised at how brilliant our week has been, after reading some of the reviews we weren’t expecting great things but I can honestly say our stay has been flawless. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a hot meal. The rooms are small but well kept and cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels provided. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to greet you and make you feel welcome. The animation team are excellent and there is constantly something going on throughout the day. I’ve read some reviews on the food being “warm slop” which couldn’t be further from true, their is fresh chicken in different variations grilled every evening and their is always something available to please whoever is in your party. Overall it was a fantastic holiday for myself, wife and young daughter and I couldn’t recommend the place enough, it is basic but we paid a little over £1000 for the week and honestly I’d say that’s a steal.
