OZ Hotels SUI Resort

My husband and I stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The service was top-notch, it was clean and smelled great! I'd also like to mention the entertainment team: there was a lot of fun every day. They were also very fun and engaging! We'll be back!

This is my 3rd time in this hotel and I love it.People here they are so professional and kind and very helpful. The food is excellent, and I can't understand why other people make bad reviews about the food, every day is something different and tasty. The room is so nice and clean.I met a wonderful lady,Ines Schmidt from guest relations,when I had issues she was always there helping me sort it out.I have a nice time in this hotel and I would strongly recommend it. I hope to come back in 2026!

Do not go to this resort. I came from 1500 km to have a wasted vacation. I staying here since 25.10 and I chose this resort based on the booking score and the views on YouTube, but the reality is totally different. The juices in the restaurant are only from the dispenser and they are horrible, not in refrigerators in 1 liter cans, as I saw on YouTube, and for 4 days the food has been the same and of poor quality. Trays of boiled beans, vegetable stews, fried breaded chicken, dry boiled chicken breast, dry turkey breast and a bad-tasting minced meat. Canteen food not from a 5-star resort. Not even in the evening there are grilled dishes. The chefs at the restaurant sit with their arms crossed and stare at us with a smile when they see us closing the food lids. On 28.10, there was trout for dinner, which was spoiled. The drinks at the lobby bar are made without respecting the combinations. They only put vodka in cocktails, even if the recipe is different. They are prepared as the bartender wants and have no taste. The employees talk loudly and are constantly disturbed by tourists. The glasses at the lobby bar and the plates in the restaurant are dirty. We are sorry we came and I certainly do not recommend you to others.

We had a wonderfull time with our family at the Oz Sui hotel and we will come back for sure! We would like to make special thanks to: The bellboy from Diyarbakir, he helped us so much! the beach crew:Erhan, Cemile, Sedat, Beysal and the gozleme lady Gulsum. The guest relations ladies: Emine and Inez for the way they took care of us and for the organisation of our daughters birthday party. And ofcourse Ecem cause she is always smiling, Metin and Sevket for the drinks, Goksel for the entertainment and Cihan for looking after us at diner time. And last but not least, Manager Halil bey and the kitchen chef, with the blue shirt, forhot your name, so sorry! Thanks for everything! I know i might have forgotten a few names, sorry for that but we had a great time!
