Lovely grounds and clean resort, staff very friendly and attentive. stayed in a family suite as family of 5 lots of space. rooms slightly dated. Wouldn’t stay 5 star in our eyes, stayed at many 5star star and would say more 4. Lots of German and lot of food i would say catered for them, wasn’t keen on the food.

Absolutely loved the hotel, from arrival to leaving the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was loads of choice but I stuck with egg on toast and the kids fruit or beans on toast, the dinners were brilliant we went the the beach bar or the pizza place everyday, you can order your food as a family and all sit together rather than all getting up for food at different times to make sure someone is with the kids. Entertainment was good we enjoyed the acrobatics show and the disco on the beach was fun. All in all we had one of the best holidays I can remember in one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Great hotel, we had an amazing holiday! Food at the Quentine was our favourite, the beach bar is lovely - the food is fab and they are all very helpful, especially Sadik. We loved the late night disco at the beach bar too, we would definitely recommend!

The hotel is great, and the staff are wonderful - very hard working. Everywhere is very clean. The tables are cleaned quickly, ready to be used again, and even the cutlery is polished before being put on the table . The drinks are large and taste good !!!! We wanted to change rooms and this was sorted out and actioned very quickly, without us having to lift a case. Well done to the reception desk. We ate mainly in the buffet for dinner, and the choice was varied with a good selection of dishes. It did not seem repetitive because of this.

Thank you for an amazing two weeks in April, me and my 12 year old daughter had the best time. The pools, waterslides, beach, the waterpark, shops inside and outside the hotel, and easy short dolmus rides made for varied days, yet we felt relaxed and safe at all times here. We stayed in a bungalow overlooking the quiet pool, which was great, central in the grounds and had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean every day mini bar stocked and tea/coffee supplied. Food was fantastic with plenty of choice every meal, even with a picky eater who always managed to find something she enjoyed. We tried Avare and Wabi Sabi restaurants too and enjoyed both very much. All staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us throughout our stay, always smiling too and made us feel very welcome. Fantastic holiday, we will definitely come back. Thank you Paloma Oceana!
