Unforgettable memories, excellent food, and top service. Top class rooms, super clean, whole the team is very friendly and service focused. Mr.Çem was always around to support guests and the team. Chef Hussain and Osman were also always on the restaurants looking after guests. GM was also always available everywhere.

As a family of 5 with 3 kids (6,3&2) we were very satisfied with Robinson Pamfilya. The rooms were great and accommodated all- only down side is a small window that doesn’t have a curtain. Roby club was good- especially Alex who looked after our eldest Son, playing sports everyday. And the girls in Roby mini who looked after the younger two. The Sports team were super too- Rachid and Jason at the volleyball. Thanks for a great week!

Total chaos in the organisation. Nobody knows what is going on. Paid 10 days, got only 9. Robinson does not care about you anymore once you have paid. Entertainment wise, don’t expect the level of Clubmed. For families with kids 0-5 years it may make sense. Good luck.

We stayed 5 nights at this club.unfortunately reception who check in us Ms. Asena gave us limited info and the limited info she gave us half of it was wrong. She did not aware of the club. She just say the is app you can check it. But app is generally German. Baggage’s after one hour when we arrived to the room after I called the reception. It is a German club not international it is funny but Just thelr motto is English. They have application that you can make reservations or see events but they are all German.They play games just in German. I stayed in French clubs lots of times. Before start of games they always asked if another nation is present or non- French speaking guests are present or not. So they always play multi language. But here they do not care if you exist or not. Rooms are clean but not secure for children. We stayed 3rd floor( why they planned a room at that hight with 1 year old child without elevator it’s unbelievable) and doors and locks can easily be opened by 1 year old child. So we placed a table in front of the door. Housekeeping do not provide any extra shampoo even you call reception. Mini bar has 2 small water when check in. And thats it. They do not refill even with water. With 1 year old child you have to climb 3rd floor with water for the room. When we first check in , A/C was not working properly. We opened and went to beach. When we came back the room was 33C. We call reception and told MR.Aytac there is problem with A/C and request extra shampoo. After technic came and try to solve problem. We went to dinner and when we came back some guy was in the room and the door was closed. He was another technician and he told me reception did not tell them the rooms in use. So it was in winter mode. What a coordination. Bravo to Managers of accommodation, MR .Kerim. Main restaurant is like 3 star cheap hotel restaurant. No table linings(except black days) all out side rooms reserved if you have extra wine. You have to sit inside if you do not drink wine. Thursday they did not serve any beverages. Waiter ask us to get our beverages by ourselves. Because they we trying to serve extra wines. Waiters generally do not listen what you say and try to serve German guest to get a tip.(except Mr Ömer,Kemal. They were sincere and hard working) We ordered Mr. Ramazan two teas and asked him light tea please. He brought us very dark tea and I asked him we requested light tea. He said these are light teas and left to German guest tables and show his cellphone images to them. We waited some time and then asked Mr. Ömer to bring a light tea to us. If it is not pandemic times I will not wait rude waiters to bring tea. I got it myself. But unfortunately I was not allowed to. Ruby club is good entertainment but staff should be trained. We solve the problem with them so I will not give details. Sunbeds are always reserved by towels by 9.00 am. You have to be early bird to reserve sunbeds. Animation team is a below average . They are executing shows without any coordination. They should work on synchronized moves. But generally they serve foods on the restaurant. So they do not have much time to train. But apart from them Mr Gokberk is with positive energy. As a summary; 10/10 point Lifeguards Location 8/10 points Kuyu restaurant Foods 4/10 points Rest of The club
