ROBINSON PAMFILYA

The staff does not speak English, only German and some Turkish. We were not shown to our room (it’s a big resort) only sent in general direction. My husband got stuck in the middle of the walk not believing that we have to walk that far from where we were left by the staff. No introduction to the resort. We only worked out that it all works on an app from by chance from a bar staff. The air conditioning was dripping in our room and was not working properly. Called reception, no resolution. No one shows you to a dinner table, so while they try to do “dress up dinner” you end up walking around in circles like in a school canteen. Racing other families. It’s quite embarrassing. We end up with a food poisoning at the end of the stay, my son was physically sick, and I had stomach cramps and nearly fainted at the airport. I just hope it’s only a food poisoning not legionnaire’s disease from the air con. They charged us twice for one item at the end of the stay (two dresses instead of one) as well. So check your bill. We had a tree growing literally into our building so it was very dark in our bedroom. No view. The good part is that they have lots of activities, but it’s all in German. Pilates was a struggle. The plus side is that the guests, although majority German, can speak perfect English and are very friendly and helpful. We did windsurfing course with a Turkish instructor that spoke very good English, so that worked. So did the tennis and padel, run by young German guys that had good English. But we had to pay for these separately, so not all is included. One very good thing is that there are washing machines and dryers, washing powder and iron so you can refresh your clothes. And it’s free of charge.

This was the best holiday ever. I had never considered an all inclusive holiday and was most surprised to have enjoyed it so much from the very first moment onwards. All staff is exceptionally nice They all speak fluent German. The rooms and surrounding are beautifully kept. The food is just delicious- wholesome, varied and plentiful- even for vegetarians. The different sports options are all well organised with professional trainers who really care about your ability and enjoyment. I learnt sailing a katamaran with the extremely patient and friendly teacher Sezgin who paid utmost attention to his students' safety. Pilates teacher Annika and fitness trainer Simone were just great. Pamfilya is a paradise- I can't wait to come back.

Unforgettable memories, excellent food, and top service. Top class rooms, super clean, whole the team is very friendly and service focused. Mr.Çem was always around to support guests and the team. Chef Hussain and Osman were also always on the restaurants looking after guests. GM was also always available everywhere.

As a family of 5 with 3 kids (6,3&2) we were very satisfied with Robinson Pamfilya. The rooms were great and accommodated all- only down side is a small window that doesn’t have a curtain. Roby club was good- especially Alex who looked after our eldest Son, playing sports everyday. And the girls in Roby mini who looked after the younger two. The Sports team were super too- Rachid and Jason at the volleyball. Thanks for a great week!
