Saturn Palace Resort

Spent 11 days here and it was fantastic the staff cant do enough for you even on the beach you get drinks and food brought to you. It was clean and some of the entertainment nights were briliant, entertainment staff also very friendly. Food was good quality, plenty of drinks options. Always managed to get a sun lounger on the beach and near the relaxed pool. You had to get out early to get one near the busier pools. But it was the summer holidays. Only critics are the beds were a little hard for me and my husband, we found out after we could of asked for mattress topper and we didnt know we had to have a printed copy of our reservation on arrival but once we could connect to the wifi they printed it for us. Over all we had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Saturn Palace and would highly recommend this hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming and genuinely keen to make sure we had a great holiday. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the level of service really stood out. The hotel itself was excellent, with beautiful facilities, plenty of choice of food and drinks, and everything kept clean and well maintained. There was a great atmosphere throughout the hotel, and plenty to keep everyone entertained. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel really well looked after throughout our holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Saturn Palace and would definitely return. A fantastic hotel with exceptional service and a great holiday experience.

The location atmosphere was good The staff were okay but could have been better, some staff were rather lazy but most were good The food wasn’t great, that’s the only thing it lacks, too m at dishes doing poorly, they need to reduce the amount of dishes and do them better, better cooked, better spiced, better flavour balance. Then it would be perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Saturn Palace Resort with our two children and would give it 9/10. There is so much to do here and overall we honestly couldn’t fault it much. The Concierge/Guest Relations team deserve a huge mention – 5 stars from us! They were absolutely superb. We were celebrating our son’s 13th birthday and they went above and beyond, arranging a custom-made birthday cake and helping us celebrate in the Steakhouse restaurant too. They also came around every morning while we were having breakfast to make sure everything was okay and check if we had any issues. Such a lovely personal touch. The staff throughout the resort were fantastic. A massive plus is that waiters constantly walk around taking food and drink orders and bring everything directly to you, so you can relax by the pool without constantly having to get up and go to the bar. It really makes a difference, especially with children. The entertainment team were brilliant too. They were engaging every day and got both adults and children involved, so there was always something going on. The whole resort is extremely clean and constantly being cleaned. The cleaners are so friendly and make you feel very safe. Our kids dropped a drink in the lounge area one evening and a cleaner was there cleaning it up straight away. The pools are huge, very clean and felt safe, with loads of space. The slides were brilliant and kept the kids entertained. The indoor pool looked a decent size but was far too cold for us to use during the summer holidays. The astronaut lifts were another big hit with the kids – they loved them every morning! Food was probably the one area that could be improved. It was nice enough but there wasn't a huge amount of variety and some dishes were very repetitive, with kofte and marinated chicken appearing most lunch times. However, the evening live food stations were fantastic. Fresh pasta, fresh kebabs, lamb chops and salmon cooked in front of you – these were genuinely excellent. The coffee shop also deserves a huge mention. The coffee was honestly on another level! The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the main reception and was fantastic. There’s a beach bar and restaurant serving freshly made pizzas every day, as well as burgers, chips, nuggets etc., so you don’t need to return to the main hotel for lunch. There’s also a lovely pier you can walk along. Everything was clean and the sea was clear and felt safe for swimming. The ice cream buggy that goes around the resort every hour handing out ice lollies, Cornettos and Magnums was brilliant – obviously a massive hit with the kids! Another big plus was the sunbeds. There is a rule that towels cannot be put down before 8:30am, but even at 8:30am there were still plenty of deck chairs available, so there was no need to get up ridiculously early. We had a family room which was a decent size, very clean and had lots of cupboard space. The only downside was the lighting, which is very minimal and could definitely be brighter. There is also a little theme park on site, which is basically a slightly warped Halloween-style theme park with a few rides! 😂 It’s definitely outdated and a little rickety, but amusing nonetheless and the kids enjoyed it. There are two shops downstairs in the hotel but they weren't great and didn't have much variety. There are shops directly across the road, although go during the daytime as some definitely seem to hike their prices in the evening. We also visited Sultan Bazaar down the road by taxi, which cost around €10 and was worth a visit. One of our favourite little things was a member of staff who walks around handing out drinks and shouts “Alright mate!” and “Lovely jubbly!” in a proper British accent 😂. The kids absolutely loved him! Overall, we had a brilliant family holiday. The cleanliness, huge pools, slides, beach, entertainment and especially the staff really make this resort. There are a couple of areas that could be improved, mainly the food variety and room lighting, but these are small criticisms compared with everything else. 9/10 from us. We had a fantastic time with our two kids and would absolutely recommend Saturn Palace Resort for a family holiday.
