Saturn Palace Resort

Just home from the most amazing week with friends celebrating a special friends 40th birthday . We all stayed for 1 week , It was everyone’s first experience staying in the Saturn palace and we all couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff really go above and beyond here to make your stay unforgettable . The attention to detail with everything from the pool staff making sure you always have a drink and coming round taking drinks orders to the people serving you food round the sun beds all day. Have to say I looked forward to the little tubs of chips and chicken they were amazing I absolutely loved this. Big massive shout out to Mami who really looked after us in the restaurant every single day. Helping us organise decorations on our friends birthday and running after us all every day at breakfast and dinner time, nothing was ever a bother to him he really is a massive credit to the hotel. He works so so hard and really made our stay super special. Thank you Mami, we love you “wee Chicken”. The room we stayed in was a suite with a whirlpool on the balcony, this was definitely worth the extra money . We used this every night and really was a great addition to the room. The bar staff up at the lobby were also great nothing was ever a bother to them it couldn’t have been easy looking after a party of 14 at times. They really looked after us all when ordering big drink orders. Every day at the pool the area the guest relations team came round and made sure your holiday was going well and if you needed anything to let them know. This was lovely and was a lovely touch. The only thing that was a bit annoying was when checking in on arrival we were all asked for our hotel vouchers which we all had on our app apart from one party member . This made check in quite stressful as we all then had to go into our app and screen shot the voucher and attach it to an email and send to the hotel which after a long journey when tired and some of us wasn’t getting Wi-Fi did make check in a lot more stressful and took a lot longer than it should have. I travel quite frequent and have never had to do this . Had we all have known this we would have made sure we had them all printed on arrival. This was only a minor inconvenience and would not stop us from returning. We would be sure to make sure we had this done to make check in much more easier. We are already looking forward to returning as our stay was really well and truly magical. Thank you Saturn Palace.

This hotel has been nothing but amazing. The staff have been so attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has lots to do for families and have lots of different areas to cater to everyone. The food choices are great and you always find something you like. They make the most of the all inclusive by bringing drinks ro your sunbeds and food so you get good value. Its a good distance from the airport too. Would definitely recommend

very pleasant Hotel that i want to share wih you guys we are coming every time in this hotel i think about 20 times because the service is so great here its more better than delphin imperial the hotel is not very big and the food is great here baklava great taste 😍 jacuzzi rooms with sea view are so nice
