Saturn Palace Resort

Just back from a 2 week stay at Saturn Palace Resort staying in a Terrace Jaccuzi Suite, 2 teenagers 2 adults. The rooms are well equipped with 1 large double and 2 single beds (standard beds not fold down/sofa beds), bathroom is compact but perfectly usable, large rainfall power shower, free mini bar in room which was topped up daily and included in the all inclusive package. Mainly soft drinks with 2 small beers. .Terrace overlooked pool, 2 sunloungers, 2 chairs and a small table, retractable roof for sun/shade. Some Terrace rooms have larger terraces, with jacuzzi in cabana, these are the higher rooms (majority on the ground/reception level), corner rooms, expect these are booked up early on request. Hotel was lovely, smaller and less ‘glitzy’ than some of the surrounding hotels however, this is more than made up but the exemplary service each and everyone of the hotel staff provides. This hotel is truly exceptional for customer service and worthy of its no 1 position in Antalya. All staff are friendly and attentive, there is no expectation for tips, although throughout the holiday we did tip many staff because they just went out of their way to ensure you had everything you needed at all times and made our holiday truly special. The hotel boasts a number of pools, we favoured the relax pool which was quieter than the main pool/slides pool. The bar staff would regularly come round to the sunbeds with trays of cold drinks several times a day, if they didn’t have what you wanted they would come back with it. Throughout the day the staff would come round with ice creams, cakes, fruit pots, watermelon, wraps, pizza, donuts etc, this was in addition to all the places you could eat throughout the day/evening/night….food in the restaurants was good and choice was significant, The beach always had plenty of sunbeds and the pier was a godsend to catch the sea breeze on the hot days. The hotel has a spa which, again was exceptional. The Hammas Turkish bath and massage is a must at the start of the holiday. I booked a course of several massages through my stay and each one was exceptional, a real luxury and professional therapists. This hotel is certainly a treasure, lovely rooms, pool/garden arears, restaurants and food outlets with significant choice and unlimited availability however what makes this place truly exceptional is the staff and personal service. This was by far the best I have ever experienced, nothing was too much trouble, staff were all pleasant and truly made what was one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Beautiful hotel, grounds are lovely and lots to do, for all ages. Didn’t feel crowded for August and even though day activities were on the go didn’t feel too intense and could still relax. Aqua park area, very crowded though.Seem to do most of the day entertainment and played music round the pool there. Sunbeds were reserved, but could still get some throughout the day. Plenty places to eat, loads of choice. Roof top bar, amazing. Order food from a menu, and it’s like going to a nice restaurant and it’s all included in the all inclusive. My son loved the battered fish and chips. Bar on pier lovely touch and can get pick and mix sweets in the hotel space cafe. Entertainment felt was abit of a let down, could have done more on the grass area down by the beach. More space. Animation team are great though, very friendly and work hard. Could have done with a better foam party, not great in the tennis court. Fair great, for younger children. Lots of choice. First time to Lara beach, half a hour transfer a winner. Not use to hotels being around us, so you can hear everyone entertainment. Lots of bars and shopping centres down the road, nice to go out and explore. Kids selling stuff on the streets, made me feel abit uncomfortable. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and that’s why we choose turkey every year!! Hotel is spotless. Man came around on a bike, selling ice creams. They also came around with drinks and took orders from sun loungers and fast food. Had a late check out, so used the spa facilities. Helpful and it had everything you needed. They were offering rooms, didn’t seem a problem. Charged 60 euros. Room lovely and modern, we had a double and a single bed for our 13 year old. Loads of space. We had a whirlpool which was a nice touch. Could do with a little up dating in places, sun loungers round the pool could do with being changed and some umbrellas were broke. But that wouldn’t stop us from going back. Thank you Saturn Palace

Amazing personal touch to this hotel every staff member always has the time to say hi from management to gardeners and between. No negatives at all food drink all to a good standard with plenty of choice. No sunbed wars as I have read in other reviews. We have stayed in bigger hotels in the area with bigger restaurants and more pools etc but how many do you need ? Hotels made a real fuss on my birthday decorating the bedroom and singing at our table on the evening, the personal touches make this hotel stand out. 👏👏Well done Saturn Palace

the staff were very friendly and funny the rooms were clean and nice the pools were a good temperature and can always get a sunbed no sunbed wars and the food was good

We have had an excellent experience at Saturn Palace. The facilities are very clean and doesn't make you feel the crowd. Despite hotel being fully booked, there were lounges available at the beach and dinning experience was great. Food is delicious and 5 star. The staff have been outstanding. Crew works around the clock to serve the guests. Despite being very hot all week, everyone had a smile on them and all had a very good attitude. Would definitely recommend this hotel...
