Saturn Palace Resort

This is a long review so bear with it! We arrived late a night around 10.30 due to waiting on transfer bus at the airport. We were checked in and told that the restaurant was closed but hot food would be available after 11.30 downstairs. I had emailed in advance asking for a double room with double bed and if possible a room where the balcony would get the sun in the afternoon. On entering the room we had twin beds pushed together nd the balcony was absolutely tiny. We went for a drink and some food and went to bed. In the morning I looked out and we had booked a sea view. What we had was the next door water park slides. Went to reception and said not happy about the room was told to come back at midday. We were then given a key to another room to check to see if we liked it, which we did. Had double bed, slightly larger balcony and a fantastic sea view. We then unpacked and explored the rest of the hotel. I had read that the beds were hard so asked for a mattress topper which was sorted straight away. Our cleaner was excellent and we had some lovely towel art on the beds. Room cleaned daily and mini bar stocked every day. No issue getting beds anywhere on site at any of the pools or on the beach. No idiots getting up at stupid o clock to reserve beds. Food was good lots of choice. They had a range of cooking stations at both breakfast and dinner. Lovely fresh fish. If eating in the evening suggest going after 8 pm as less hectic and a lot of families with children had gone. Most waiters in restaurant were excellent providing drinks and clearing plates and they got tips. Entertainment in the evenings on the whole was very good with shows in the amphitheatre and at the aqua bar. Service around the pools and t the beach were great. Always coming around and asking if you wanted anything. Stand out service was provided at the beach by EMIN, he is a machine. He comes around with trays from 10 o'clock with iced coffees beers mojitos, soda anything you want. Midday he comes round with pizza or burgers, 4 o'clock he comes round with doughnuts, and at 5 water melon. The other fabulous person was BERAY at the pier bar. Always smiling joking and making sure you having a good time. The staff at Aqua bar great also especially the guy who seemed to be senior bar man sorry didn't get your name. During the day a gut comes around on an electric trike with ice creams. Th management team come around everyday asking if you had any complaints and to see if you needed anything, nice touch. I mentioned bed still hard with mattress topper and they said we will get you another one to put on top. Sorted straight away. We ate at the Turkish al a carte and the steak both good but steak better. We could not get reservation for the fish one. All in all a great holiday. The staff work really hard and deserve your appreciation.

This may not appear to be the biggest or most glitzy hotel on the strip but do NOT let that put you off. The service is second to none - waiters, bar staff, entertainment staff, management, cleaners - all want to make your holiday top notch. Clean rooms with an awesome shower and well stocked and replenished minibar are comfortable and totally adequate for the stay. Lots of pools catering for families and adults alike cool the body during the hottest of days and provide beautiful backdrops for photos at night. Dedicated kids pool, general pool and 16+ pool all allow for different needs and energies. Site cleanliness is sky high and staff work tirelessly to maintain high standards. Pop down to the pier for a cooling breeze on your lounger with full sun or shady umbrella and chat to Beray the cheerful attentive bar steward who will wet your whistle with whatever soft or not so soft beverage you require. Salih at the aqua bar will bring drinks and his special cocktail (mango slush, strawberry and vodka) and any other cocktail to your table with a smile and cheery chat. Satiate the lunchtime hunger pangs with delicious snacks from the stations under the amphitheater next to the aqua bar - yum. On return from the tanning and dining we found that Suna had cleaned our room to a perfect standard and gone above and beyond with her talent for towel sculpture- a beautiful touch to behold. Dining is of a high standard and there really is food for all tastes - turkish, chinese, sushi, salads, grills, kebabs, pasta station ….. vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, carnivore - you are catered for. And desserts - well you need to get there to believe the spread that delights the eyes and tempts the taste buds. If you want to simply sit and be treated like a VIP being waited on hand and foot you need to come here - where ever you sit or lay out you will have regular bypasses of waiters and other staff offering watermelon, drinks, ice-cream, pizza, coffee, tea, iced coffee/tea, doughnuts……. A visit to one of the a-la-carte restaurants treats you to a special meal of numerous courses delivered by friendly knowledgeable staff. If in doubt about coming here - STOP DOUBTING - we loved it and will return My third time and my partner’s fifth on the strip and definitely a highlight. Thank you Saturn Palace. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean; we loved everything from the food to the water selection. Hakan always went out of his way to ensure everything was to our advantage.

Our Vacation was very wonderfull. The Service and Food was on Point. The Room are very clean. We loved Hakan very much. He did everything to make our holiday special; he accommodated our wishes. We loved to stay at Saturn Palace

We stayed at this hotel with our 2.5-year-old son and my husband, and we had a wonderful time. The facilities and activities for children are excellent. This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for families with kids. The food was delicious, and there was always a wide variety of options to choose from. Our favorite parts were the swimming pools and the amusement park, which is free for hotel guests. We are sure this was not our last stay here and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!
