Sherwood Exclusive Lara

Stayed during UK May half term and had a great time. Weather was unseasonably chilly in Turkey that week, but did not hamper our enjoyment and pools were still warm enough for 25 degree weather. Resort is large but not too big to get around, with different pool and slides areas all of which were great. With two 6 year olds we spent lots of time by the pools, but the beach is also very nice and the pontoon is a lovely setting for cocktails as the sun goes down. Biggest positives: * resort is kept very clean even when busy * service is mostly really good, including pool drinks service * great variety of options for snacks and drinks throughout the day, lots of lunch options for kids including a pizza and burger place next to the water slides * all inclusive was really comprehensive with extras for kids including ice creams and slushies * entertainment was good in the amphitheatre most nights and plenty of capacity * beach bar Turkish bbq event was a great touch, food was lovely! Slight negatives: * Dinner in the Turkish à la carte was awful: food poor and service slow. No kids menu either. * Only one main restaurant and quite lamb heavy at dinner time - I don’t eat lamb but most of my party did and loved it, so just personal taste. * white wine was undrinkable. Overall, I’d be happy to recommend to other travellers or to return myself.

Lovely hotel but smaller than what we normally go to. Staff were friendly and the hotel was lovely but little on small side. However the buffet was huge and extensive. The a la cartes were lovely and reasonably priced too. We like to walk the grounds a lot on holiday and explore and there isnt really the area to do that but it is still beautiful. The hotel waterpark is round the front of the hotel. Its nice but not properly watched and people just do what they want men coming down slodes landing on kids as the lifeguards weren't watching. Very centrally located and shops just outside.

Everything was good. The service was impeccable, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were clean and well maintained

Hi, the service at Sherwood Exclusive Lara Hotel was absolutely unbelievable! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always cleaned to perfection, and the staff at the buffet were amazing, providing fast and excellent service. The beach staff were also fantastic, especially Hasmin. I travelled with my parents, who are both over 65, and Hasmin was exceptionally kind and helpful. He always checked on them and asked if they needed anything, which meant so much to us. I would highly, highly recommend Sherwood Exclusive Lara Hotel. Believe me, you will not regret it! It is the perfect place for a family holiday. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back next year!

My brother and I recently took our elderly parents to Sharewood Exclusive Lara for a 7-day stay. Although the weather was extremely warm, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and well hydrated, whether we were relaxing on the beach or enjoying other areas of the resort. We rented a beach cabana several times, and this turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our server, Hasim, made the experience truly exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service and warm personality made us feel genuinely cared for and added so much enjoyment to our holiday. We would especially like to thank Hasim for making our beach days so relaxing and memorable. His dedication and hospitality did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything he did for us and our parents. We will definitely come back at this resort!
