Please ignore the bad reviews. Had a really good time we was there for 10 day with family. Food was hit and miss but the bbq outside was really good friendly staff very clean rooms. Pools was really clean cleaners was always walking around making sure everything was clean and tidy. Everyone here works really hard. 2 days before leaving i had a note on the door to say i had to move rooms as they were were carrying work out in that building which was a pain but apart from that The children had the best time. I Would visit again.. Just outside the hotel there are a few shops that sale all your handbags shoes ect..

Wish I read reviews first before booking! Hotel is NOT 5* more a 3 in my opinion. Our room had ripped sheets that didn’t even fit the bed, filthy pillows, a bathroom that left a lot to be desired and a jacuzzi (main reason we booked this place) that threw out dirty when it was turned on. We met the rep on Sunday to book some trips and went and spoke to the customer relations lady who was very lovely and said she would get the issues raised resolved. By the time we went back up to the room there was 3 maintenance staff and head of housekeeping sorting the jacuzzi - which on the evening didn’t throw any scum out of the jets but one the jests still wasn’t working. Can’t seem to get the TV to work and there is numerous switches that do not seem to do anything. The dressing table does not have a light up mirror and the shower is ultimately in darkness which may actually be a good thing in hindsight. Certain nationalities are up nice and early and take all the good sunbeds and this is allowed… When you try nd have an early night as you have trips booked that depart at 4am the hotel next door decides to have a party where the room is literally pounding and you may as well be there due to the noise level. Literally unbelievable - not the relaxing holiday we hoped for. We are still here for a few more day and I would’ve honestly moved to another hotel on Sunday without a second thought. Food is awful to be honest - nothing is warm never mind hit on the Buffett. Staff are not the friendliest either and the chap in the boutique is awful! Would not return to this hotel.

there are many good points to this hotel. i found the food to be good in general, the pool area was lovely and the room clean and well looked after. the chicken shack was great. However I found some of the bar staff very rude. The clothes shop on site tried to fob me off with a fake £20. it was always a bonus to get out of the lift, the noise and shuddering were alarming to say the least. tables were definitely not cleared promptly and we had to move dirty dishes on several occasions. would i return.... no i dont think i would.

Having looked at the reviews when we first booked this hotel and seeing they were a mix of good and bad we decided to still give a try for ourselves as everyone's opinions are different. The location is very remote which we knew so had no problem with, atmosphere is nice and chilled with lots of families around. We are in a duplex family room which is upstairs/downstairs and is suitable for a family of four ranging from 14 to 48, the bed for the 14 Yr old is a sofa bed which again we don't have an issue with. We were sold this hotel as 5 star and paid alot of money to come here for a week, This is NOT a 5 star hotel, more like a 3, the food in the restaurant is the exact same everyday and is barely even luke warm never mind hot(which I never expect at buffet restaurants anyway) the snack bar is ok however I feel like I have to mention the lack of cleanliness round about the pool, unfinished food lying on plates everywhere and also tables in the snack bar sitting for long periods of time with unfinished food on plates too, I have never stayed in a hotel with so many flies around. We will never return to this hotel and if I'm honest I wish I had changed our holiday prior to coming.

We and my partner stayed her from the 5th to the 22nd of September. We wasn't expecting much after reading all the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.. all the staff and entertainment crew were very friendly and helpful the maid cleaned our room every day and always greeted us with a smile.. food was good with plenty to choose from the pool area was clean and tidy. We never struggled to get a sun bed no matter what time is was and the weather was fantastic.
