Side Su Hotel

stayed in room 11709 looked onto the pool excellent room excellent food perfect staff varied entertainment,short walk to a private beach will definitely go back 😀

I want to give fair but true feedback! Arrived room number 1502 if you ever get this room decline straight away it’s out side the service door for kitchen and below reception all you can hear is the chairs above room we moved after two nights couldn’t stay a moment longer! Staff are rude , don’t smile and not inviting on phones so much. We choose this hotel purely on reviews and 4.2 rating but HOW? Positives pool is clean and no sunbed wars, location spot on right on a busy street but all shops and restaurants close. Food dreadful FairPlay ! Not hot. Said is ok though. Restaurant war though never seen an adult only act this way push you to the floor to get to the table they want but once sat the view is beautiful defo a positive. They need a cocktail menu here would be a benefit. Ice cream served between 14.30 - 15.30 nice touch. A small gym but could be better for an adult only hotel. My advice find some where else to stay hopefully this will warn you all, some will say this is my feedback but I don’t think they like Welsh much must be my accent lol 😂

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Side Su hotel. Great location, great food , comfy beds and spotlessly clean. We slept like babies in this quiet hotel. The hotel is situated about 600 meters from it's own private beach area and is easily accessible. There's a few steps to manoeuvre,but apart from that it's plain sailing. The pool area and bar are excellent and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is simply the best. A big thanks to Ali in the barber shop and the lady who does the manicures, and special thanks to the cleaning team who work like Trojans. The Turkish massage is also relaxing and great value. How people can give bad reviews for this hotel is beyond me. Many thanks to Side Su for everything. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had the best time, everyone was super friendly and helpful, food and drinks were good! Ozzy in particular made us feel very welcome, played good music and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel, loved how there were lots of pools so you never felt crowded. Our hotel entertainment rep was extremely welcoming and ensured a great holiday experience and we (twp girls) felt safe and secure whilst in the hotel and on the hotel organised excursions! Thank you!
