Side Zeugma Hotel

My boyfriend and I stayed at Side Zeugma for a week in early July 2026. We arrived just after midnight and check in was efficient. We had booked a swim up room which wasn’t available until the following day (!!) so we were shown to a top floor room with a jacuzzi. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the room isn’t available, especially after such a late check in. The room we were given was nice but not what we paid for. The following morning we enquired about moving to a swim up room. My partner is Turkish and the manager spoke to him about the room situation. He suggested we may want to stay where we were and could “look at” the swim up room. He then ushered us into a swim up room that was being cleaned that was small and dark. We ended up staying in the first room, I wasn’t happy about this at all to be honest. However, the hotel itself is nice and I would stay again… in the correct room! The hotel is small, spotlessly clean and has a central buffet restaurant. The food is varied and tasty, it definitely caters for the predominately European guests. Fresh omelets and eggs were lovely every morning. There are two bars - one by the pool (plus a snack bar) and a lobby bar inside. The lobby bar has a nice outdoor terrace and this is where the varied evening entertainment takes place. There is an onsite shop (reasonably priced), hairdresser and obligatory spa. The massages I had at the spa were the best I’ve ever had and I get massages monthly. However, the relentless upselling and asking to book another massage or treatment was grating on us by the end of the week. The hotel also allows sellers and hawkers in from outside and I didn’t like being sold something at my sunbed every day. Including a guy with a parrot dressed as Jack Sparrow. Biba + Fati from the Entertainment Team are amazing! We usually avoid hotel entertainment but these guys were really fun, didn’t pester us and sat and chatted with us most mornings. They are a credit to the hotel - they even pursued us to go to the foam party and we had an ace time!! Thanks ladies! You are welcome to visit us in England anytime! Tips for the hotel: - beach/pool towels are available from the spa - the hotel has a partnership with a beachfront restaurant/beach club. It’s a short walk from the hotel (up the steps at the pool) - ice creams are available from the pool bar everyday from 10:00 - the sunbeds closest to the main restaurant get the sun all day (beware, sunbed reservers!) - all inclusive drinks menu is quite varied and bar tenders will make you any drink within reason - I suspect some of the drinks (cocktails etc.) are watered down for guests - there is a fridge in the room that is stocked with water every day - turn right after leaving the hotel and then first right…there is a little street of shops and access to the beach. - there is a great toastie machine in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch!

This hotel is an ideal place for anyone wanting a warm, relaxing getaway in the south. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel welcome with their friendly attitude and genuine attention to detail. The atmosphere is calm and sunny, and it’s easy to settle into vacation mode right away. The pool area is spacious and clean, with plenty of room to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded, and the beach is only a short walk away, making it perfect for both lazy days and quick dips in the sea. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and well‑kept, with good air‑conditioning and daily cleaning that keeps everything fresh. Many of them offer a lovely balcony view, which makes mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The food is another highlight: the buffet has a surprisingly good selection of fresh fruit, local dishes, and international options, while the à la carte restaurant serves even better meals, especially their grilled dishes and desserts. Overall, the hotel delivers exactly what you hope for when heading south: warm weather, good food, a peaceful atmosphere, and a staff that makes the whole stay feel effortless. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about coming back. ❤️ And thank you very much for good animation and good staff I would want to come back next year if possible

Fati & Biba did an amazing job! They were both incredibly kind, professional, and paid great attention to every little detail. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect, and you can really see how much effort and care they put into their work.
