Side Zeugma Hotel

When arriving after a 2 hour delay to the flight, very late at night, I realised we had left a bag containing our passports in the taxi transfer. Upon hearing this, the desk clerk jumped immediately onto his scooter and chased the taxi down and retrieved our bag. What a relief! He single handedly saved our holiday. He went above and beyond expectations. The general service from the rest of the staff was excellent all round. Very attentive even though working very long hours, they never showed any frustration from morning until late. The cleaners also did an excellent job of keeping the hotel and rooms clean and tidy. The rooms were also very modern and in good condition. I would also recommend the massage parlour for high professionalism. It is more expensive than places outside of the hotel but this is reflected in the service and amenities. Food was also decent and usually a good selection. Location was very good for both sightseeing and nightlife. The atmosphere is very relaxed with some good entertainment on in the evening. We didn't notice any problems with noise levels. The pool area is just the right size to allow friendly relations between guests and staff without being overwhelmed. The only change that I can think of to recommend is maybe a wider selection of alcoholic drinks to be included in the all inclusive package but this was still generally ok and not something to be put off by as it is probably standard for most hotels. I would come again next time we feel like an all inclusive break.

We had an amazing week at the Zeugma hotel. The hotel staff were excellent and were so helpful when we needed them, asking questions about where to go and best food recommendations. Our room was cleaned every day to an excellent standard. The food in the restaurant was so good and we had excellent recommendations to try the baklava, which was exceptional😍 The entertainment was amazing, animation team were so upbeat Bob, Fati and biba made sure we had fun every day! We will make sure to book a trip to the Zeugma in Side again. The drinks as part of the all inclusive were so good, mimosas were so nice and to chill and relax in the pool was so gorgeous. There is a terrace to relax on and the drinks are brought out by the waiting staff to you, if the drink is empty they will know what you ordered and will ask if you want same again. Amazing stay, amazing service. Recommend a visit to Zeugma!

We stayed at the Side Zeugma for a week and it was the best week of our lives. From the hotel staff to the exceptional entertainment team. Bob, Fati and Hiba were outstanding🎉, constantly making us laugh and ensuring we had a great holiday. I cannot fault them at all. Would 100% recommend people to stay here and take part in all the entertainment. We took part in the daytime activities such as aqua aerobics, darts and ping pong, and then karaoke, dancing, bingo in the evening. 10/10 Hotel and 10/10 Entertainment ❤️ The rooms were very comfortable and clean, cleaners were very polite ensuring everything was up to the best standard. The food available for the guests was a great variety for all ages, plenty of fresh fruit which was very refreshing in the Turkish heat, the chef even made us a special dessert which wasn’t available that day so they all go the extra mile. 🫶 We started our holiday with a Hammam Massage which was lovely and relaxing. 😎 If you’re thinking about travelling to Side, make sure you stay at the Side Zeugma We will be back again for sure, see you soon Zeugma

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel. It is a really modern,clean hotel, entertainment and staff are brilliant and friendly, cannot do enough for you. Food and drink is of a very good quality. Hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and shops in lovely surroundings with flora

I recently spent my vacation at Zeugma Hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its 16+ concept. We expected an adult atmosphere with opportunities to socialize and enjoy a lively vacation among other young travelers. While the hotel was indeed adults-only, the vast majority of guests were elderly German tourists. I have nothing against them, but it felt as though nearly every aspect of the hotel was designed exclusively to cater to this demographic, including the entertainment program. At times, the atmosphere felt more like a retirement resort than a modern adults-only hotel. Before our trip, we had read many reviews praising Bob, who seemed to be presented as one of the hotel’s main attractions. However, during our stay, we saw very little effort from him to create engaging or memorable entertainment. What we did notice quite often were requests to leave positive reviews. Overall, the evening programs felt repetitive and lacked energy. My birthday happened to fall during our stay at the hotel. The only acknowledgment I received was a generic, non-personalized greeting card delivered by a housekeeper after we had asked for a vase for a bouquet of flowers. The vase itself was never provided. What made the situation even more disappointing was that another guest was celebrating her birthday on exactly the same day. During the evening entertainment program, Bob invited her onto the stage and the entire hotel joined in celebrating her birthday, while mine was completely overlooked. This inconsistency left me feeling ignored as a guest. Another serious issue involved our room. There was a problem with the shower, and every time we used it, water leaked into the hotel office below. As a result, hotel staff rushed to our room on two separate occasions immediately after we had finished showering, while we were still wrapped in towels and not fully dressed. Instead of continuing with our plans, we were forced to wait while staff dealt with the situation. After the first incident, the hotel apologized by sending a small bottle of wine and a plate of fruit, which we appreciated. However, the underlying problem was never fixed. When it happened again, we were suddenly informed that we had to move to a different room. We had just finished showering and were forced to pack all of our belongings in a hurry with wet hair and very little time to prepare. Despite the inconvenience and disruption to our vacation, no apology was offered on this occasion. The food was average. You certainly won’t go hungry, but there was nothing particularly memorable about it. The fruit selection was limited, and the seafood options were disappointing. Most of the time, the only seafood available was fried fish that was both overly salty and full of bones. The true highlight of our stay was the restaurant and bar staff. The waiters and bartenders were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you to our favorite waitress, who even remembered every member of our family’s name. Their professionalism and kindness were by far the best part of our vacation. Overall, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. While the staff in the restaurants and bars deserve recognition for their excellent service, the lack of attention to guest experience, poor handling of room issues, underwhelming entertainment, and inconsistent treatment of guests left us disappointed.
