Me and my friend stayed at this hotel. It is a really modern,clean hotel, entertainment and staff are brilliant and friendly, cannot do enough for you. Food and drink is of a very good quality. Hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and shops in lovely surroundings with flora

I recently spent my vacation at Zeugma Hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its 16+ concept. We expected an adult atmosphere with opportunities to socialize and enjoy a lively vacation among other young travelers. While the hotel was indeed adults-only, the vast majority of guests were elderly German tourists. I have nothing against them, but it felt as though nearly every aspect of the hotel was designed exclusively to cater to this demographic, including the entertainment program. At times, the atmosphere felt more like a retirement resort than a modern adults-only hotel. Before our trip, we had read many reviews praising Bob, who seemed to be presented as one of the hotel’s main attractions. However, during our stay, we saw very little effort from him to create engaging or memorable entertainment. What we did notice quite often were requests to leave positive reviews. Overall, the evening programs felt repetitive and lacked energy. My birthday happened to fall during our stay at the hotel. The only acknowledgment I received was a generic, non-personalized greeting card delivered by a housekeeper after we had asked for a vase for a bouquet of flowers. The vase itself was never provided. What made the situation even more disappointing was that another guest was celebrating her birthday on exactly the same day. During the evening entertainment program, Bob invited her onto the stage and the entire hotel joined in celebrating her birthday, while mine was completely overlooked. This inconsistency left me feeling ignored as a guest. Another serious issue involved our room. There was a problem with the shower, and every time we used it, water leaked into the hotel office below. As a result, hotel staff rushed to our room on two separate occasions immediately after we had finished showering, while we were still wrapped in towels and not fully dressed. Instead of continuing with our plans, we were forced to wait while staff dealt with the situation. After the first incident, the hotel apologized by sending a small bottle of wine and a plate of fruit, which we appreciated. However, the underlying problem was never fixed. When it happened again, we were suddenly informed that we had to move to a different room. We had just finished showering and were forced to pack all of our belongings in a hurry with wet hair and very little time to prepare. Despite the inconvenience and disruption to our vacation, no apology was offered on this occasion. The food was average. You certainly won’t go hungry, but there was nothing particularly memorable about it. The fruit selection was limited, and the seafood options were disappointing. Most of the time, the only seafood available was fried fish that was both overly salty and full of bones. The true highlight of our stay was the restaurant and bar staff. The waiters and bartenders were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you to our favorite waitress, who even remembered every member of our family’s name. Their professionalism and kindness were by far the best part of our vacation. Overall, this hotel did not live up to our expectations. While the staff in the restaurants and bars deserve recognition for their excellent service, the lack of attention to guest experience, poor handling of room issues, underwhelming entertainment, and inconsistent treatment of guests left us disappointed.

Zeugma is advertised as a 16+ adults-only hotel, but during my stay it felt more like a 60+ resort. Around 90% of the guests were German retirees, and if you don’t speak German, you may feel left out. Bob, who is mentioned in many reviews, seems to be the center of the entertainment program. The animation often feels more about promoting Bob than entertaining guests. He openly told us that German guests leave good reviews, and there is a noticeable focus on encouraging positive feedback. The whole atmosphere can come across as somewhat self-centered and repetitive. The pool music was mostly old-fashioned elevator-style music. When we briefly played a small speaker with some modern music at a reasonable volume, several angry guests immediately complained. The food was average with limited variety, especially when it came to fresh fruit. Cocktails often tasted watered down, although the bar staff were fantastic and happily adjusted drinks upon request. The real stars of this hotel are the housekeeping team, bartenders, and waiters. They were consistently friendly, professional, and hardworking. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re a German retiree looking for a very quiet vacation. Younger international travelers should be aware that the atmosphere is much older and less diverse than the hotel’s 16+ marketing suggests.

Another relaxing holiday here. Lovely to be welcomed back with good hospitality. All the staff - management, bar and restaurant staff, cleaners and animation do their utmost to ensure guests enjoy their holiday. The hotel is ideally located. It is modern and comfortable. The fact that we met others who have returned to visit must reflect on the standard it achieves.

It's my first time in this beautiful charming hotel & I'm so pleased as from the first day I got a warm nice welcome the hotel stuff are really nice & helpful The room was great nice clean & modern, the food was really tasty there's choices for everyone even a vegetarians, the bar & restaurant stuff were so kind & happy to give you such satisfying service big shout to the sweet (zeynep), but my biggest highlight was the animation team lead with big ( BOB) I had a great fun joining daily activity & night shows & parties ❤️ I will definitely come back so thank you zeugma
