Sidera Kirman Premium

Quite laughable at time with the customer service. Food was rubbish and kitchens are minging!

We had a wonderful time at Sidera. The food is very good and entertainment is different every night. We enjoyed the live music, gym during the day, the pool is enough for everybody and the rooms are clean. No complaints, just relaxation and good time.

We have always loved coming to Turkey, trying new hotels and locations. We have found the experience during our stay at the Sidera Kilman, amazing. The staff have been very very helpful and friendly , we even had our own P.A. ( Aziza ) where nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this hotel and woukd love to come back at some point.

Bad Internet (WLAN) Intrusive workers (massage, etc.)

We where returning guests to this 5* hotel we thought it would be impossible to get a better experience than last time but the hotel has upgraded from last year they have redesigned the dining room and it’s so much more classy the food last year was really good but they have improved choices The hotel is spotlessly clean and the hotel staff are very friendly (and not because they have too be) they just want you to have the best experience on your holiday the bar staff remember your drinks And the restaurant staff remember the seats you sit at and bring your drinks for your meal and tea or coffee which makes you feel special A special mention to the staff who work in the aquarium bar especially Aziz who looked after us the whole holiday a credit to the Kirman Sidera And a special mention to Gullu Abdullayeva (the customer relations manager) who treated us like royalty and spoke to us every day and asked if we needed anything as she would try her best to get it for us and on our last day she was looking for us to wish us a safe journey home she made the hotel feel like our second home. We enjoyed our holiday that much we will be returning next year again
