Arrived at EFtalia splash at 2am and left there by 2:15am what an absolute joke we payed a-lot extra to move hotels it is absolutely nothing like the pictures it is nowhere near the private EFtalia beach, and the receptionist Ahmed is the rudest person i have ever spoke to in my life and also refused to get the manager. Disgusting rooms stains all over the carpets, absolutely vile hotel, first 5 minutes i was there a women told me that the pools are always shut because kids go to the toilet in them, Upgraded straight away to EFtalia Sol and it is a dream come true what a beautiful hotel , I would recommend to anyone reading this.

100% honest review. We spent 14 nights at this resort. Family of 3 from Scotland, myself, partner & 11 year old son and we thoroughly enjoyed our full time here! ROOMS - If you are put in a 600 number room, I would highly recommend upgrading. We were originally put in a room in a separate building, above the mini club which was not great at all. Too small, air con wasn't great and not much space for our things. However, we upgraded to a family room and it was fantastic! Great air con & plenty of space. CLEANLINESS - I can't fault this at all, cleaners were in every morning, beds made, fresh towels, floor/balcony mopped etc and plenty of fresh water left. Around the hotel was always super clean, never had an issue with mess. FOOD - Repetitive, but this is the case for any All Inclusive i find, but we always found plenty to eat & enjoyed our meals. For any fussy eaters, there is always spaghetti, chips & pizza. POOLS - Pools are great, cold at first but lovely and refreshing on those hot days! Slides were great fun, we all enjoyed them. It does get super slippy soo I advise wearing swim shoes or sandals etc. ENTERTAINMENT - Great, always sports and things going on during the day at or around the pool areas. Evening entertainment is also enjoyable. NOISE - unfortunately some other guests are very inconsiderate and are extremely noisey, or arguing/fighting etc but this is no fault to the hotel or staff. The security where actually very good at stopping people yelling off balconies etc. VALUE - Overall, our holiday package was a decent value for money. However please note, alot of items do require payment such as cocktails (highly worth it though!) Waffles/popcorn etc at night, game centre/arcade etc. STAFF - the staff where very pleasant, friendly and respectful. We had a few key members of staff who made our holiday soo much more special. Dennis from the entertainment team was fantastic, spoke to us every day, had a laugh with us and remembered things about us. Kamal, Emrey, Yousef & Murat bar staff where all fantastic, again very attentive, remembering things about us and speaking to us often - and a very special mention for Faruk (Frankie) who absolutely went above & beyond for us this holiday, always helping us out and being soo kind - and we will remember this dearly. We had a fantastic holiday & would recommend. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars etc within walking distance.

So I feel I should be 100% honest with my review as there are so many mixed reviews and it made me apprehensive to come. 2 hours from airport. WiFi - terrible don’t even bother with it get a roaming plan from your phone provider Rooms - cleaned daily with water put in your fridge everyday, we were in a family room and there was plenty room for us all, the beds in the room - well if you enjoy sleeping on bricks you will enjoy this bed, the beds are so hard I’m going home with numb hips, shower is ok BUT watch your footing can get really slippy. Aircon is great! Pools - plenty beds, pools are great for all ages, 1 thing I should say is be careful walking round the pool areas they are sooooo slippy I was terrified walking round it. Staff - I read reviews where people said the staff were rude, I didn’t experience this at all, all staff were lovely and attentive Food - all I can say is AVOID, we were all inclusive but ate out most days maybe I’m just fussy 🤷🏻‍♀️ Areas around hotel - 10 minute walk to the beach, plenty shops and restaurants within walking distance (turn right when u come out the hotel) Must do when in turkey - LAND OF LEGENDS, what a day we had and were all shattered when we got back, bit of a transfer from the hotel but I’d say worth it Guests at hotel - RUDE!!! this isn’t the hotels fault. People do not know how to queue or have any spacial awareness. When the restaurant opens it’s every man for himself u get thrown about for people to make way for the food (no idea why) it’s feeding time at the zoo. Entertainment - entertainment throughout the day at the activity pool (pool next to the stage) night time entertainment mini disco doesn’t start til after 9 I feel it could come on earlier but maybe that’s just me. Would I come back? No!! My big thing is the beds, when I’m away I want a good nights sleep and I didn’t get that at all. All I say is don’t let the reviews make your mind up, people have different experiences.

Visited Eftalia splash with my family in September, entertainment staff very friendly and make sure they talk to everyone and the evening entertainment is top notch, Denis loves a bit of bingo. Food is good bar staff go above and beyond Faruk has made it a memorable holiday. Would highly recommend coming here.

The hotel food and drink is great, all workers serve you with a smile, the hotel is in a good location right next to the shops. The workers are friendly and make sure everything is up to your standards throughout the day and night. The entertainment crew specifically really made my experience perfect by including me, making me feel welcome, and keeping a smile on my face all the time. I will definitely be returning again.
