Do yourself a favour, especially if you are English and do not come here, its a 2* hotel at best Absolutely nothing like its advertised, staff are rude and unhelpful, food is basic at best and the drinks are like water! We arrived to a swim up room and as soon as we got in noticed it smelt damp but just put it down to the pool being close, until we had a shower which flooded the entire room due to the drain not draining, we reported it to reception straight away and they said they would send someone, we waited an hour then decided to go for a walk thinking it would be sorted when we got back, 5 hours later the room was still flooded and all our bed and luggage were soaked through... on closer inspection there was black mold all up the walls and behind the bed ... the staff didnt care, in the end we actually moved ourselves out of this hotel and found somewhere else... the hotel refused to take accountability and wouldn't give us a refund of unused nights. Unless you are Russian or German they have no interest in you. If you've booked this hotel ... please do yourself a favour and change it to somewhere else!

We recently spent a few days at this hotel. As others have said, if the hotel was advertised as a 3star it would be more realistic although I appreciate that definitions of the star rating system vary across countries. However, we are basing our review on a recent stay in Fethiye this summer which was of 5 star quality. Positive points We found staff to be polite and courteous. We had no real issues with language but did not require to have detailed conversations. Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The room (with a jacuzzi) was a good size and newly built. The pool area was clean and there weren’t any problems getting a sun bed. There was a shuttle bus to the beach but it was only a short 5-10 minute walk where it was a little quieter and cooler. Negatives The shower leaked from the wall and the soap dispenser didn’t work - this didn’t affect our holiday. There was a free safe in the room but it wasn’t secured meaning someone could lift the safe and its contents. The main issues really were the food and drink. The food was OK but repetitive. There were no bowls of fresh fruit for breakfast as you’d expect to find in other hotels. The salads were good but the meat dishes were quite basic. The butter in packets wasn’t refrigerated so it was usually sour. 

A lot of the food wasn’t labelled so it was difficult to tell what it was e.g. different yoghurts, milk, starter type dishes. 
The coffee wasn’t good. The alcohol wasn’t pleasant - the drinks were very strong and didn’t taste good. The wine was bitter. The cocktails were limited and tasted cheap. It took out any enjoyment of drinking on holiday. I wouldn’t say there was any watering down of alcohol. The restaurant was was very busy between 7-8 and it could be difficult to find a table. If you went later there was a risk some of the food would be gone. We had to eat next to other guests dirty plates as they hadn’t been cleaned away. 
The best meal of the holiday was about a 40 minute walk to Sun Garden Restaurant where the host was warm and friendly with delicious steak and great drinks - would recommend trying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos look nice and pool and food is ok and clean hotel but I have never experienced anything so terrible the staff are all rude and treat Russians and Turkish a lot better then the English and the entertainment was nothing like the photos and videoes at all! . Owner of the hotel made me feel terribly uncomfortable currently trying to take it further ! turning up at my hotel room door after seeing me down in the lobby, asking me inappropriate things making inappropriate gestures asking me to come back with friends complimenting me in a very unprofessional innapropriate way. I felt so unsafe and left as soon as the incident happened we left the hotel 2 days early and flew home straight away after I felt sick to my stomach with the comments and actions from the owner of the hotel. Please as a girl AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I will start by saying that if this hotel was listed and priced as a three star hotel without the promises of excellence and 'all-inclusive plus', my review wouldn't be quite so critical. The location is not great, situated as it is on a main road in the middle of nowhere. The nearby life consisted of a shopping centre which is to be avoided unless you want to be relentlessly hassled into being ripped off by aggressive sales staff. The room was ok but the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and left me with aching back and shoulders. Sound proofing was not great and the relentless loud music became tiresome after a short while. With only one pool area, there was not the option of relaxing in a quiet area. The pool itself was fine and clean as far as I could make out. The service was generally poor and unfriendly apart from one or two exceptions. There was no table service and the snaking bar queue was not what I had in mind when booking a 5 star hotel. I enjoyed my hammam treatment and massage but I grew to resent the relentless badgering to try and get me to buy further treatments every time I was spotted by staff. The biggest disappointment was the food and drinks. The main restaurant hot food was largely bland and tasteless and certainly not authentic Turkish. The desserts were appalling bad and inedible. The salads and olives were very good as was the pizza served at the pool bar. The drinks were beyond bad. Whilst I am not expecting champagne and top end spirits in an all-inclusive concept, I expect better than one sometimes watered down draught beer and four absolutely disgusting cocktails. Apparently, a margarita is tequila and something green from a carton served in a plastic cup with an ice cube thrown in. It wasn't all bad. The private beach was very nice and the shuttle bus ran regularly throughout the day. A shoutout to the friendly shuttle bus driver who put a smile on my face with his happy and cheery vibe.

This hotel had so much promise - what appeared to be beautifully presented rooms and friendly check in staff ( even thought it was near midnight ) - but the first red flag was the 24 hour bar (chaos) and the fact that there were no interior lights on in the hotel when we checked in. The next red flag was the fact that the food was (literally) tasteless with little or no variety.  There was, however, chicken and eggs galore ( boiled chicken is something I have never seen served in a reataurant before). The all inclusive drinks were quite unpleasant. The party atmosphere never really bothered us and the pool itself was immaculate and well maintained apart from the shredded parasols and thread bare towels but the entertainment was rather lacking. What wasnt lacking was the noises from the rooms next door - upstairs and downstairs. We were wakened and kept awake until 4am with the moaning and groaning from the room nextdoor due to lack of any kind of noise deafening between rooms and floors. There was no way of emptying the jacuzzi on the balcony without the housekeeping handyman. The fridge and a/c did not work - neither did the safe at first. The staff friendliness did not extend beyond the inital check in and we struggled to find a smile from staff and most bordered on being rude - trying to get a drink with any food in the restaurant was virtually impossible. There was very little fresh fruit available which made meal times a struggle. 10/10 for people watching (due to activities that trip advisor will not allow me to include -think oldest profession)  but 0/10 for value for money.
