Yasmak Sultan Hotel

Perfect hôtel Yasmak , we tried before many hotel around and we wanted to try Yasmak hotel as always sold out and we found the hotel is excellent, the staff very kind and helpful Aytkun at reception (thank you ELIF , Murat at the restaurant) , the restaurant at rooftop(big restaurant )with nice views on Bosphore and aya Sofia mosque, great breakfast tasty food, lot of kind of dessert and pastries, room clean but small as All hotels around , good AC , my son likes the swimming pool , warm with nice jacuzzi , we recommend this hotel for everyone

I came 4 times in Istambul ,this time we reserved in Yasmak guenuily it’s was beyond our expectations, every thing was perfect for us The staff is very polite sympathic and extremely helpful making our stay very easy and confortable The rooms very clean despite being small but tidy The breakfast in the rooftop is amazing with very spacious area ,many options ,delicious fruits and coffee the view is breathtaking to Aya sofia and bosphore ,really stunning breakfast moment before starting day We were really impressed by the staff always taking great care essentially Elif and Murat both were amazing 🌹🌹🌹👌 The pool is perfectly clean , warm water , the ottoman decoration was very beautiful I highly recommend this hotel for it’s several highlights , and would love the come again inshallah

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service from every team member — front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and concierge — was genuinely warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. A special mention to the team for kindly arranging breakfast for us before the restaurant officially opened, as we were leaving early for an excursion. This level of care and attention really made a difference. The location in the old town is fantastic, making it easy to walk to the sights, markets, and local attractions, while also being able to return to the hotel whenever needed. We walked almost everywhere, and the nearby tram made it simple to explore further, including heading across to the European side. A hotel with exceptional service.
