The hotel's services are comparable to those of a two-star hotel. In a four-star hotel, complimentary bottled water should be replenished daily, but here guests are charged for water every day. The breakfast is very poor. The front desk kept us waiting for three hours before giving us our room. The hotel's facilities and furnishings are worn out, and the tissues provided in the room were extremely thin. All of these issues show a lack of respect for guests. There are much better hotels available in this area.

First of all I thank Mr hikmet( Reception) for his effort ,he is very kind and the other staff.the hotel is clean and the servant cleaned the room everyday; the hotel located near Taksim square.everything was great

Good personel, good breakfast and clean rooms. A bottle of water and several nescafe sachet for welcome. Near Taksim square. Access to public transports. Near a doviz (exchange), supermarket and ATM
