Grand Yavuz Hotel

We stayed at the Grand Yavuz as part of the Turkish Airlines stopover program and it was great. We arranged a 54 hours layover and were able to see many of the downtown sites. The location couldn't be better as it was a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and transit. The staff were great and helpful, the hotel was clean and friendly and the Turkish Bath at the spa was great! I would highly recommend the Grand Yavuz hotel.

Friendly staff, central location with great view from 7th floor rooftop bar. Rooms are small. Breakfast average, coffee not good 😐

This is an older style hotel that is in a great location . 10 mins walk to the Blue Mosque etc. and even a small supermarket only 7 mins away and a laundromat across the road. Perfect. The area felt safe for our family to walk around. The hotel has a Hammam in the basement that is new and very clean and a surprisingly good rooftop bar with really good meals. The buffet breakfast needs some fine tuning to give a few western food options.

Grand Yavuz Hotel is located in one of the most convenient areas of Istanbul. Being within walking distance of Sultanahmet, the Grand Bazaar, and many historical attractions was a huge advantage for us. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the rooms, and the professionalism of the staff were truly impressive. The reception team was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. It is definitely a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
