Helpful, friendly and attentive service from every single person starting with the reception desk who immediately greeted us with drinks of our choice. In our room was a lovely scroll with a note from our housekeeper—who took such good care of us. Free water, Turkish coffee, Turkish teas, and delectable Turkish Delights in our room. Room was extremely clean, modern yet homey, and the fluffiest towels and bed linen I have ever touched. At breakfast (which is included), prepare yourself for a feast you will not forget. The selection is endless; delicious sweet and savory treats, so many olives, meats, cheeses, prepared delicacies of all sorts, yoghurt with endless toppings, breads, pastries that will make you melt and of course several choices to drink. But the service is altogether next level. Mehmet and his entire staff are waiting to serve you as they greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. They are so attentive but never in the way staying close at hand, anticipating your every need. I have never felt more welcome, safe, and cared for anywhere else I have stayed—and I have traveled the world for decades! There is absolutely no comparison to anywhere else like the Neorion Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. I will truly miss the people and their friendly smiles. I will definitely return again and again.

An extremely polite, charismatic and very helpful attendant who went out of his way to make our lives easier at the hotel and in the city. Stayed at the hotel for 5 days, everything was good. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet street that is close to all attractions and shops. It takes 5 minutes to the port and the bazaar, the staff at the hotel are very attentive to the guests and are helpful and respectful to the guests. The room is a good size with good beds and bathrooms, the cleaning is very good. The hotel has a very good breakfast buffet with caring breakfast hosts. Everything was great during our visit. I would really like to stay at this hotel next time I visit Istanbul. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for their hospitality.
