Our stay at Neorion Hotel in Istanbul was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the first day, we felt welcomed with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near the main historical and spiritual sites, making our experience even more meaningful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to rest well after our days of exploring. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and elegant, and every detail reflects care and professionalism. We would like to express our special gratitude to Mehmed. His kindness, sincerity, and friendly nature touched us deeply. He always took the time to help us, spoke to us with respect, and made us feel not like guests, but like friends. Mehmed’s warm smile and genuine care made our stay even more beautiful and memorable. The breakfast and service were excellent, huge thanks to the entire team( Mahmood, Vahap, the beautiful little lady) made us feel safe, comfortable, and valued. Huge thanks to Farid at the reception who was very kind and always ready to help. We were provided with 24/7 complementary coffee, Turkish tea and juices Neorion Hotel will always remain in our hearts, and we are very grateful for the kindness we received there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope to return again one day. With sincere appreciation and gratitude.

Our five-night stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing—especially Farid, the front desk manager, and his team—who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent, and they made navigating the city easy with clear and helpful guidance. Breakfast was delicious, service was consistently attentive, and the hotel was spotless. The pool, sauna, and Turkish hammam (included in the stay) were absolutely best in class. Combined with a fantastic location, this hotel truly stands out. We highly recommend Neorion Hotel.

e stayed at the Neorion Hotel for 4 nights on a family vacation, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is really good; it is close to the tram station and plenty of restaurants. It made visiting the main sites in the Old Town very easy—we were able to access the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern with no trouble. The service stands out immediately. Check-in was very comfortable; rather than standing at a counter, they sat us down, served us drinks, and gave us excellent advice on the city. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight, with good juices, Turkish tea, and plenty of vegetarian items. However, the absolute best part of the hotel is the spa area (pool, hot tub, and Hammam). After long days of sightseeing, we loved coming back to use the facilities. The pool is small but nice, and the Hammam was incredible—my wife also booked a massage which she enjoyed. We actually joked that the Hammam was the highlight of our entire trip! The only minor downside was the rooftop. We had hoped to visit it based on photos we saw online, but we learned you can only access it if you are dining at the restaurant. Since the restaurant didn't have many vegetarian dinner options, we decided not to go, meaning we missed out on the view. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would highly recommend for the location and the spa alone.
