Innova Sultanahmet Istanbul

I tried the PACKAGE 6 massage, and it was a fabulous experience. Octavio, the massage therapist, is very skilled and professional. My two children also tried the massage, and they were very happy with it as well. I highly recommend this experience.

Five stars — wonderful stay at Innova Sultan Ahmad Hotel We stayed for five nights and had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff were absolutely brilliant — helpful and welcoming throughout, and they were already taking care of a few requests we'd made before we'd even checked in. Osman and the rest of the reception team were fantastic. Shum's and the rest of the restaurant staff were also very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was excellent every morning. Room service was great too. We'd also recommend trying the spa — they have a professional physiotherapist there, which was a lovely surprise. The only small drawback was the air conditioning cutting out whenever we opened the balcony door — likely an energy-saving feature — which meant calling reception to have it reactivated. A minor inconvenience, and reception sorted it quickly each time. Overall, a brilliant stay with genuinely caring staff who made us feel well looked after. Highly recommend.

I had a really good time in the turkish bath. Octavio is the best!
