The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. There's a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Tower and Bridge. The rooms are cozy and clean. If possible, ask for a room facing the courtyard, as the street is noisy. The courtyard rooms also offer a nice view of the Bosphorus. The staff is friendly and helpful, there's a small spa on site, and the breakfasts are decent. I definitely recommend it.

DO NOT STAY HERE! MONEY STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM Absolutely terrible experience. 6,400 Turkish Lira was stolen from my wife’s bag while it was inside our locked hotel room. No forced entry at all — someone with access entered and took the money while we were out. Total security failure, staff did nothing to help or investigate. Your belongings are NOT safe here. Save your money and go elsewhere!

We stayed here, I dont understand the reviews. Your not staying in a 7 star hotel. The staff were great, Firat especially made our stay very special. The breakfast and variety was exceptional and again the staff there were so polite and helpful with a smile every morning saying good morning. I will definitely book again.

I booked a standard room in this hotel and I am currently staying here. The room is located on the 1st floor, and right in front of the window there is a large ventilation motor which makes a very loud noise. Because of this noise, it is impossible to stay comfortably in the room. I reported the issue to the reception, but they only offered me another room for an additional payment. This is unacceptable. The hotel is very bad and they have ruined our entire holiday.

Excellent location very close to the most important places very friendly staff hotel rooms good & clean breakfast very good De recepción people and special Umutcon was very very friendly I will give it 8 Stars
