Rixos Tersane Istanbul

Excellent stay at Rixos Tersane Istanbul. Beautiful hotel, great atmosphere, and outstanding service throughout. Special thanks to Davut at the Velvet restaurant for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He was very attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again.

I was here attending a conference and I did not stay at the hotel but did see the rooms due to meeting with clients. This appears to be a very beautiful hotel, with beautiful views and in a perfect environment. Everything is full of taste and well designed. The food at all venues was near perfect. What is astounding, however, is the level of service in all the spots from the entrance to the toilets. Suffice it to mention that Ezgi and Çağla, both at the entrance of the Josephine Restaurant, summarise the level of impeccable service in their kindness and hospitality. You have a lot of 5-star hotels in İstanbul and some are very good but (except for Hilton) I cannot mention another hotel with this level of unprecedented service. You will not be disappointed.

It was just a holiday before meeting the people who works there. They make me feel like i am with my family or friends. So happy to find this place. So my holiday became memory

Beautiful hotel! Room exceeded my expectations for my family (family room with a water view). Room attendant was terrific (Icran Ulas) thank you! Breakfast was beyond incredible! Must try! Evening restaurant service was slow (that is the only thing I would suggest improvement on) but the food was delightful. Tons of terrific choices. Overall this hotel is incredible! 10/10! Loved the mall, outdoor music, piano in the lobby, decor is 5 star, bed is incredibly comfortable! Truly a great holiday for my family!
