Shirin, guest relations and the whole staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful , even helping retrieve a jacket I had left at a hotel at a distant location The spa is fantastic and the massage I had was excellent , would recommend the Turkish bath too Rooms beautiful , location perfect for shops , restaurants and sight seeing Just a brilliant few days Many thanks
