Excellent service, super friendly staff always there for you. Really nice rooms, I'll come back for sure next time in Istanbul

Very polite n helpful staff. Especially Diva helped us to plan our daily trips n shopping n places to eat Mert kolkan was very helpful. Hotel is so well located. Close to tram n every touristic place in old istanbul. Swimming pool should be well lighted and more airy being in basement

Many thanks to the lovely staff at Sultania. Lovely rooms, a few niggles initially but quickly sorted by the next day, thanks to the lovely Diva who helped us and the guys Mark (bellboy, cheerful, young, fun and bright) also Bura and Ugur very helpful and polite plus Mr Arafat and his daily replacement (sorry forgot his name but always cheerful). They all have brilliant language skills and customer service and can offer advice to help you get the most from your trip. Was nice to chat each day about their beautiful city, culture, history and language. Everyone at Sulthania works in sync to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone. We only had a 4 night stay and crammed so much in during the day that mornings and evenings were important to us for rest and recharge. The guy at breakfast (sorry forgot name) who we saw early (as we were always early birds ), made sure we got our omelettes (being vegetarian :). He was attentive and very entertaining and spoke to me and my daughter each morning about Istanbul, things to eat, see and do. All the staff at breakfast work so hard to make sure the guests eat well and are set for the day. Everyone says hello, which is lovely. We didn’t eat 2/3 of the food that was put out for breakfast but we enjoyed what we had and if you do enjoy a large breakfast (as most men seem to) this will exceed your expectations, some people feast for the day! Remember though you’ve got sightseeing and leave some room for lunch and dinner lol!! We also had our dinners there and would like to give a shout out to Murat (enjoyed our conversations about birds, cats and annimal welfare, he was helpful with our veggie choices, and Ferruz (sorry spelling) and the team in the evening, all lovely guys, great service but equally leave you time and space to enjoy your meal). Great chefs. Wonderful food for vegetarians (which we did find difficult in Istanbul) they made us some very tasty meals. Yes, the food was a bit pricey by our standards in the UK but it was good to freshen up after a busy day sightseeing and then go and enjoy a beautifully cooked meal in the breakfast room which suddenly turns into a pretty classy, lit up restaurant at night, with a wonderful moonlit view of the mosque against the night sky and “Lailahe Ilallah” illuminated or choose calm views over the Bosphorous. Our spot was view of mosque besides the window with the bonsai plants. Highly recommend to others to at least have a meal here . The food outside seemed all the same, meat, meat and more meat not a lot for vegetarians, also there’s lot of hard sell from the restaurants outside which makes eating out exhausting and takes the pleasure out of it. Ask Diva or others for recommendations. The cleaner Selma, does a great job and we appreciated her input, thank you too. The rooms are lovely. We enjoyed to sit out on the balcony for 5 mins before our outings or very early and hear the call to prayer and sounds of the city. The little cafe/bar outside, friendly chap will always have a nice juice or chay for you, pop in. Opp, Sulthania. We had a lovely trip to Istanbul and want to say thank you to everyone we spoke to as it made a difference. Hepinize çok teşekkür ederim. My wife and I came to Hotel Sultania for our honeymoon and it was such a great experience! The room was awesome, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and all of the staff was so kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous hotel. We stayed in one of the suites and it was incredible. Felt like we were on honeymoon again. Great location and wonderful service from the team. Highly recommend
