Smallest rooms dirty bathroom breakfast was mid. But they offered a refund for the nights we didn’t end up staying location is a big plus to explore everything in old Istanbul and historic places would probably go for 2 nights there and 2 nights at a different hotel in the future.

We were friends and we had a very bad experience in Zagreb hotel. The receptionist is so rude he was changing the room for us every two days One day we forgot our bag inside the room ( with money). They locked the room and they rejected even to let us enter to get our money. The service is very bad

Hotel is very bad, the pictures you see on the website is nothing like that at all.Exceptionally small rooms.By no way a 4 star Hotel.Breakfast is terrible, same everyday.No lift to get to the reception area, have to walk up stairs with your luggage.

Avoid it at any cost. I stayed for 3 nights. I paid for two and wanted to pay last night on the third day. They threw my luggage away and locked us out of the room . My wife was pregnant and we had nowhere to go. The stay was nightmare. Avoid at any cost ! they will scam you

Worst hotel ever! Please avoid going to it!!!!!! - Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They deal with people as the hotel is their hotel. They let us waiting for 3hours in the reception while we have paid already and our luggage is in the room and there were their mistake. - Breakfast is not variable!
