The hotel is located in a beautiful setting and offers breathtaking views. The common areas are very clean, although the standard rooms could use some improvements. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, and everything is clearly focused on the guests’ comfort. Special thanks to Tugce and Efe at the reception, who are always friendly and have a smile on their faces. We would like to thank the wonderful girl Ipek Bayram from Guest Relations for her friendliness, warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The beach cabana service is excellent. Many thanks to Okan, Emre, Kocer, and Yildiray for making our stay so enjoyable. Congratulations to Hasan for leading such a great team, and thank you for all your attention and kindness. The main restaurant, Turquoise, offers good food, although the variety could be improved. Many thanks to Melinda and Zeki for their excellent service. They are kind, professional, and always happy to help.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum! From the beautiful resort and amazing atmosphere to the excellent service, everything was truly exceptional. A special thank you to Ipek for making our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Her genuine smile and thoughtful service really stood out and made a big difference to our experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. This was my first time in Bodrum and at a Rixos and I would definitely recommend it, as it was simply amazing. Everywhere is very clean, the room, the beach and the water as well. People here are extremely nice and welcoming , which made it a truly unforgettable experience! The food is excellent and I enjoyed the variety of dishes all around the world. What I particularly like and was different than in other places was the variety of sports and activities that can be done inside or outside, which is great.

Our waitress Tugba was outstanding, excellent service, great food. Would recommend
