
Location was nice, sultan and hira looked after us during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and daily cleaned, value for money was great everything was inclusive at the resort couldn’t complain about the food at all was top notch also dont forget to try their San Sebastián cheesecake taste absolute amazing. Hospitality with their staff 10/10 well spoken and always asked if we need anything else and always had a great smile on their face. They have their own magnum ice cream station. Spa at their hotel & massages were soo relaxing and soothing. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor also. Their executive suite at the resort with the view was amazing cannot thank how much sultan and hira looked after us.

We had a great holidays in this hotel and enjoyed our time. We enjoyed the sea and the pool, also the food was delicious. Every worker we met have been great and kind, the Turkuaz waitors and waitresses. Thank you a lot to our guest relations Sultan and Hira, we were welcomed and were well informed. Also, there are couple cats in the hotel, as far as I understand she is kept happy, I want to make sure I see her next year as well with her kittens :)
Our day was amazing, and it was one of our best experiences yet. Thank you to Hiro and Sultan for for looking after us on this day, it was an epic holiday. Overall, the rooms were amazing, very clean, and the restaurants and food were also very good. One thing we loved about the resort was that there were a lot of sport activities, gym equipment and the spa.
We stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum expecting a relaxing luxury family holiday. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The problems already started upon arrival. As a family of 3 with a 4-year-old child, we were first given a very small room with no third bed available for our son. We had to request a baby cot because there was simply no proper sleeping arrangement. The room itself was dark, smelled unpleasant and the shower leaked. The curtains also did not fully close, causing sunlight to enter the room from around 5 AM. Once installing the baby cot , it was also almost impossible to walk around the room. After complaining, we were relocated to what the hotel called an “upgraded” room. At first it seemed better, so we accepted it. But that is where the real problems started. The room was located directly next to ongoing construction and renovation works. Every time we stepped outside the room we entered what honestly felt like a construction area rather than a luxury resort: - dirt and dust everywhere - broken stone pieces in the corridors - exposed electric cables - sharp cut metal pieces on the ground - unfinished works directly outside our door My wife almost fell over one of the cables and with a curious 4-year-old child this environment felt genuinely dangerous. At this age children naturally walk around, explore and touch everything. We constantly had to watch every step around the room area. The hotel kept acting as if these works were normal and acceptable for guests. Also they denied few times that there were works ongoing which was really unseen. Inside the room, the problems continued: - the toilet flush broke twice during our stay (we spoke to other guests who experienced the same issue) - there was visible mold in the air conditioning - the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable The mattress was so worn out that we could literally feel the springs in our backs. We ended up with back pain and sleepless nights. The hotel’s “solution” was to place three thin mattress protectors on top of each other, which of course did not solve the issue at all. The noise situation was also terrible. Besides hearing the construction works near the room, you could clearly hear the nearby road and trucks passing from around 5 AM every morning. Another unbelievable moment happened during dinner. While guests were dining outside, the hotel decided to start painting the pool terrace with strong-smelling paint. The smell spread across the entire outdoor dining area while people were eating. When we complained, the hotel’s response was basically: “If it bothers you, you can eat inside.” This completely misses the point of a luxury holiday. Guests pay to enjoy outdoor dining, sea views and fresh air — not to adapt themselves to the hotel’s renovation schedule. Renovation and painting works of this scale should happen outside of the holiday season, not during dinner service in guest areas. The handling of the room situation was equally chaotic. Multiple times we were told that another relocation would be arranged. We packed and unpacked our belongings twice while waiting for updates. One moment they said a room was available, the next moment it was not. Then later we were contacted again saying relocation was possible, only for it to be cancelled again afterwards. Different guest relations employees kept messaging us with contradictory information. It felt completely disorganized. To be fair, the staff remained polite in communication, but politeness alone cannot compensate for poor room conditions, ongoing construction works, sleepless nights and safety concerns. This hotel simply does not meet 5-star standards. Not the rooms, not the maintenance level, not the comfort and not the overall guest experience. The rooms feel closer to a 3-star hotel at best. We previously stayed at Voyage hotels in the same area and had genuinely excellent experiences there, which is exactly why this stay at Rixos was such a disappointment. The difference in quality and standards is enormous. If you are considering staying in Torba/Bodrum and expect a real luxury experience, I would strongly recommend looking at Voyage instead.
