The location is brilliant. Staff are amazing, all the staff throughout the hotel ensure you have a great experience, would like to mention in particular Mr Gulkan,he goes above and beyond.

Booked a stay here for 10 days with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. We arrived at 2:30pm which is after the 2pm check in time and were told to sit in the reception until our room was ready. After waiting until 4pm we asked to be taken to our room, they said our rooms weren’t ready but we can drop our bags. We were shown to our rooms which were filthy and still had previous guests belongings in. Including dirty toilet, toothpaste around the entire sink basin, sand on the floor of the bathroom and bedroom, cigarette butts on the balcony floor, dirty coffee cups, guests clothes in the wardrobe. We quickly dropped our bags, got changed and went to sit by the pool. At around 6pm we went to our rooms which were still not cleaned so we then asked at the reception for them to be cleaned. Eventually they were cleaned however we discovered our air con and balcony door were broken. We had to go back up to reception to request a room that was suitable and the manager said to come back at 12pm the following day. The next day we woke up to a pool of water in the bedroom from the leaking air con and went to reception to change our rooms at 12pm as requested by manager. She then said our rooms weren’t ready but we can drop our bags…again. We went up to the filthy room dropped our bags and said that they need to be cleaned asap. She said she will make it a priority. We went to the pool again and at around 4pm I went to the room to check it was clean. (Surprise surprise… it wasn’t). At this point I’m extremely frustrated and go back to reception to make sure it’s being cleaned, she assured us it’s the next room to be cleaned, we go back down to the pool and then leave to go to the room again at 6pm. The room was still not cleaned, we go back to reception and she offers me a massage for the hassle, I said I don’t want a massage I want a clean room. Eventually at around 7pm the room was cleaned. For the inconvenience the manager promised we can have a late check out on our final day as we had a late flight “until whatever time you like” and shook our hand. The day prior to checking we just reminded her this would be the case, she then said no and things have changed. She made us check out at normal time 12pm and gave us a different room until 6pm which was not what we agreed. I’m never ever one to complain and I’m very easily pleased usually, however this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Please trust the bad reviews of this place, the staff on reception (manager) is extremely rude and unhelpful, the rooms were poorly cleaned, the food is horrendous and the waiters in the main restaurant are equally as rude. However, I will say the pool area is lovely, the location is brilliant and in great distance from restaurants and shops, the pool snack bar food is decent and the rooms are lovely (when cleaned properly). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is a solid good for an all inclusive in Turkey. Always able to get a sun lounger at time of the day, also loungers on the beach area. Food regularly available through out until late evening. Buffet style breakfast and dinner with fresh cooking outside but very limited outdoor seating. Lunch snack located on the lowest level opposite the beach, they serve limited lunch menu, sometimes fresh Turkish bread or pizza. Icecreams available later afternoon from the snack bar. Drinks were good, cocktail menu, or staff will make you what you wish, nice when the staff bring a tray around the pool of pre made cocktails. Downsides the hotel rooms seem to have problems mainly with air conditioning ours was dripping and created a hole in the ceiling couldn't be fixed and we couldn't he moved until our last night. Whilst moving we spoke to others who were also moving due to broken air conditioning, the conditioning in our new room gave off a funny smell. During the process of trying to resolve the problems some the reception staff were very rude.

Have been to this hotel on numerous occasions. The location is brilliant. Staff are amazing all the staff throughout the hotel ensure you have a great experience, would like to mention in particular Mr med vedat who always organises our trips outside the hotel he goes above and beyond.

Hotel, service and food was excellent The transfer from the airport there and back was on form Stqff we're very friendly and always helpful. Our guide Med, was very friendly, helpful and always at the other end of the phone or came to the hotel to discuss anything we needed. If every guide is like Med, we will be lucky
