Fabulous location right on the beach. It has its own sun beds on the beach too. A shop on site and two on the road outside. There is BIM supermarket about 5 minute walk away. Dolmus bus stops every 15 minutes right outside and takes you to Bodrum. There is a small games room by reception with table tennis and pool, also a book loan shelf. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned every day and a litre of water left daily to make tea/coffee. Towels left daily when cleaner comes. There are three slides/flumes on site which opens for an hour at 11am then 3pm every day. Large pool by bar is open till 7pm. You get fed really well here breakfast is 8am till 10am... Dinner 12.30 till 2pm..... Snacks in snack room 3pm till 4.30pm. cake by downstairs bar 5pm till 6pm. Tea is 7.30pm till 9pm . A vast choice of foods available. If you want something really special head to The Terrace restaurant which is part of the hotel. You can eat a la carte once in every 7 days. They do full English breakfast 8am to 8pm and can bring it to your room. The main menu is delicious if you fancy paying for something special. The food is out of this world. Jimmy is amazing, he really looked after us the whole 14 days. I would definitely come again. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There is also a hairdressers and fabulous Turkish massage/bath on site.

We stayed at the Jasmin Bach Hotel. The beach wasn't clean, but the pool, music, and entertainment were good. The service was good, and the rooms and cleanliness were good. However, the staff at the hotel's terrace restaurant were very rude and didn't know how to speak properly. The prices were expensive, and the cleanliness was poor. We couldn't eat the all-inclusive meals; we ate out every day.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jasmin Beach Hotel so much that I didn’t even go out, other than one brief walk to the supermarket – an uphill trek, hard in 30 degrees. It offered me everything I needed for a relaxing holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, in an attractive garden area (occasional mosquitoes so bring repellent). The mattress was slightly hard, just as I like it. The fridge worked well and was a decent size. Excellent air conditioning, nice little balcony. I loved the massive pool. During busy / noisy times, there were other swimming options and plenty of quieter places to hang out. I particularly enjoyed cocktails on the terrace next to the road, under the olive trees. The beach is just across the quiet road, mainly sandy (but do take beach shoes), with plenty of the hotel’s own free sunloungers. These are well managed by a friendly, impressively hard-working young man, who is constantly on the go, picking up rubbish and generally keeping the area pleasant. Lovely, safe swimming, never too crowded or noisy when I was there, despite being beside the watersports facility. The beach shelves down gently at first, and is easy to enter. But it does become quickly deeper, so care needs to be taken by non swimmers. Too sandy and, on some afternoons, a bit windy, to be much good for snorkelling, but the swimming is excellent and the Aegean was a lovely refreshing temperature. The food was absolutely excellent, with a huge array of healthy and delicious choices, three times a day. The focus is slightly more on Turkish dishes – the breakfast offering includes ten different types of olives! – which suited me perfectly, but there is plenty to appeal to all nationalities. Amazing salads, fish, meat, eggs, beans, etc. etc. I believe burgers and chips are also available (at certain times / places), and the upstairs Sports Bar / International Restaurant – where I enjoyed watching one of the FIFA England matches on catchup – does full English, too (payable, not included in AI). Main dishes are labelled, but it would be good to see a bit more labelling. I had intended to go on a diet at this hotel, but ended up putting on weight – the desserts at lunch are simply astonishing. Wine, beer and soft drinks are freely available (the included white and red wines are much better than the rosé). The staff generally were very hard-working and professional but I sensed that some lacked confidence with English, which made them occasionally hesitant, and could make them appear unfriendly. In general, a super hotel, to which I hope to return. Special thanks to Anne Kemer in Guest Relations, and to Soner on Reception, who kindly tried to help me find my mislaid glasses (which sadly never turned up). The only thing I felt was lacking was more of an emphasis on being ‘green’ – re single-use plastic, water conservation (though I did see solar panels) – but no doubt that will come soon.
