Natur Garden

Small hotel with garden, beautiful patio, al fresco dining (indoor dining also available), bar under the grapevines... so there is a bit of a ‘garden’ feel to it. Be sure to bring something to protect you against the mosquitoes! Rooms with air conditioning, electronic safe included (can hold a laptop), but no/barely any hot water in the morning! Food mainly chicken and turkey, also Turkish pizza. Good breakfast with fried eggs, etc. Don't look too close to cutlery and glasses. Crazy rules such as drinks only in plastic cups & only small pints before 6 p.m., glasses are for after 6 p.m.; you get half a glass of wine (you can ask for 2 or 4 at the same time). Within walking distance is a private beach with a grumpy supervisor (for some reason he thought my parasol should be closed when I wanted shade...). Nice walk from the Marina to Akvaryum Koyu - lots of hidden beaches (bring your aqua shoes).

This is our 4th year here at Natur garden, and we are dissatisfied this year and won’t be booking to stay here again. Coming to Bitez year after year booking the same hotel you know what you’re expecting. We see it as just a bed and some where to freshen up as we are hardly in our room. But this year was different, the WiFi was so poor when we asked about it we was told a technician would be coming to sort. We are day 8 into our holiday and still no WiFi only around the pool and reception area. Me and my husband booked a double room and received a twin single room, again when mentioned to reception we got told to push our bed together? One roll over the wrong way and them beds were splitting apart. The reception staff got the manager and we was just met with shrugs and when showing us another room at the back of the hotel and smelt like drainage the manager said it’s never used and they can air it out. Not good enough for the cost we have paid. They do not really cater for English, we don’t mind however at meal times we really struggled only pasta and occasional chicken. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, dirty fridge, stains left from previous hotel guests. Again when mentioned to the manager he didn’t care, he told us our hotel was full. I asked, any spare at checkout? He said no not for what we wanted. We were put in a room next to the janitors so was woken up every morning by the trolley being lugged out of the cupboard early. Ashame really as we basically had to put up and shut up. Unfortunately next year’s trip won’t consist of Natur Garden and will be finding elsewhere to stay.

Literally got back from Natur Garden on Sunday and I shall start by saying that we had a really enjoyable holiday. We had read the reviews and still preferred a budget all-inclusive so were not expecting miracles. The hotel itself is very average with a mixture of pros and cons. The rooms are very outdated and it feels that over the years they have received little maintenance and now almost require a complete re-fit. Ripped net curtain, chipped plasterboard, a dodgy shower door, broken toilet roll holder and the door handle fell off. I know we could have tried to move but once we had unpacked it just wasn't worth the trouble and my daughters room was no better, so I have a sense they are all the same. Food was adequate, we always found something that worked for us. Unfortunately there was always something not working or that they had run out of (coffee/juice machine, cups, cutlery etc). Rather than buy more they are constantly collecting stuff from the tables and whisking them off to the kitchen to clean and out out again. Not the most relaxing environment. Bar was local drinks and glasses/cups very small. No ice creams, which we would have been happy to pay for if available. The pool is what makes it. Clean and a nice vibe. Always sunbeds available and a lovely grass area which was under-used but gave some shade when required. Bitez is beautiful and really made it for us. Lots of bars and restaurants (recommend Queens) and very chilled. No nightclubs but some good bars that stayed open late if required. Yes, you are expected to pay for drinks in return for a sunbed if you use one that belongs to an operator but seemed fair to us.

It was a wonderful holiday experience! The food was delicious and varied, and the cleanliness was always impeccable. The bar service was truly excellent. The Asya & Beko entertainment team was energetic and entertaining throughout the day. We'd especially like to extend a special thank you to Özkan from the bar team; his cheerful demeanor, prompt service, and genuine interest in guests enriched our holiday. It's truly a pleasure to spend a holiday with such a professional and hospitable team! 🌟🍹🌴

We arrived as a family of 10 with ages ranging from 14 to 55 , the rooms were clean; the maids worked very hard and always had our rooms clean. However a few of us had issues with maids not replenishing toilet roles or towels. This was resolved at reception quickly . There is plenty of sun beds however if you don’t get them early the only ones left are ones in sun with no shade in late afternoon. Which is very hot . It was around 32-45° when we was here. THE FOOD is absolutely AWFUL as an English family there was no selection for anyone. The first day we arrived the food selection was random with things like fish with eyes in. And COLD rice . There is no kids option at evenings meal no pizza pasta or even chips. 1 out of our group of 10 could eat the food as he will eat anything . Snack bar is nice with chips chicken nuggets and onion rings but the first day it was served COLD. We went all inclusive and there was no cocktail menu we had to guess what drinks we wanted. The hotel is located in a lovely area with it being close to the beach , many shops too. Best advice is bring lira as we paid euros and pounds in the shops and they robbed us with change. Paid £10 for something and got £4 change out of £20 note as they give you it back in lira. All together the weather is nice the hotel is clean maybe abit run down and the food is hell. It is more based on catering for Turkish or other European nationals, Not English . The drink glasses are small and you are at the bar every 5 minutes as they aren’t even proper cup sizes …more like shot glasses . There is no labels on the food , so you don’t know about any allergy’s or what the food actually is. One of our group has a seafood allergy so no labels on food was extremely dangerous!!! The air conditioning didn’t work in one of our rooms and we were provided with a fan and that was it until our 4th day into a 7 day trip . 2 of our group moved rooms on the first day due to poor quality , and no air conditioning that worked . This hotel is more of a 2* plus hotel rather than a 3 star. We have had to eat out every night due to the poor food , we were misled with people saying the food was nice , I promise you it isn’t .
