Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. ‘On the beach’ ought to be embarrassed. Arrived at 1am. Our room (the 1 we booked) somebody was sleeping in it!!! 2nd room stank of cigarettes and only had beds for 3 (were a family of 4) 3rd room took an hr to clean as it was so disgusting. We were still waiting for a room at 3am. In the room they gave us.. broken sockets!!! curtain broken, hanging off and didnt even cover window ( I have 2 teenage girls sleeping in there) toilet with brown stains toilet brush covered in poo mattress with blood stains no bedside tables broken furniture broken soap dispenser All inclusive… 1st morning breakfast It was all disgusting!! dead flys floating in stagnant water on hotplate broken, chipped plates no cutlery or bowls. Juice undrinkable no tablecloths ashtrays on tables full of cigarette butts for a long line of people they brought out 4 bowls full of dirty water no toaster no cereal no yoghurt no pastries This is what we got… bowl of broccoli & cabbage olives broken hard boiled eggs luminous pink cold spam square stale white cheese chopped pepper dry bread ( we had to cut ourselves on a disgusting chopping board. Some unrecognisable meat stewed in brown sauce (this is supposed to be breakfast) chopped raw pepper watery scrambled egg that was it. No housekeeping for 3 days. Its non existent. People smoke everywhere. guests and staff. They smoke at breakfast tables inside & out!! lazy river is not working, full of dead leaves. Looks like it hasn’t been run for years. the hotel entrance has old furniture, rotting rubbish in bin bags, cables hanging down. Its a death trap. Hotel is filthy everywhere. Manager hides when you complain. The ‘On the Beach’ Rep told us its the worst hotel in Bodrum. Morning of day one there were 3 other family’s in reception wanting to leave. one couples room had no aircon (its 35 degrees) so they slept by pool!! Avoid this hotel its a health hazard. We are taking court action against ‘On the beach’ for breach of contract

VILEEEEE HOTEL DO NOT BOOK!! abusive staff, terrible food, inappropriate entertainment staff. Staff are so rude and don’t care about the guests. I felt unsafe here every single night I couldn’t wait to come home

I must commend the cleaning lady named Zehra, who I had on my floor, a very active consultant who cleaned the rooms every day.

We have just come back from this hotel. DO NOT GO HERE...... honestly its by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Had to get different rooms the day we arrived because the ones they gave us were disgusting. Food really bad, drinks really bad. Cats everywhere, hygiene non exsistent. Staff barely spoke english and didnt really care too much. i could go on all day...... be warned... shot hole

Disgusting 1 star hotel . my room was dated and the view from the terrace was a bush, you could only put a chair on it. I paid for a 4 star all inclusive holiday and the food is Disgusting they don’t cater for British people. The drinks are watered down and I’ve spoken to various families who can’t believe what there serving. If you like mayonnaise or yogurt and 10 different types of awful white cheese for breakfast that’s all you get. Only thing I can eat is boiled eggs this in a 4 star hotel. I contacted love holidays to be asked to find alternative accommodation and they said there’s nothing they can do it’s non refundable and enjoy your holiday. I will never book with love holidays ever again and will be taking legal action when I get back home. The good news is they have a microwave in the restaurant because everything is stone cold. Do not come to this hotel or book with this Discusting company. The food and drink is vile . We should bring back reps from these companies to look at the facilities as they don’t care. At night there’s no lights on the walkways and I’ve fell over and sprained my ankle. What an awful holiday this has been but they are not bothered as they’ve taken all my money ., Other tour operators were moving there clients because it was so bad. No activities or entertainment as they said it’s end of season even though the hotel was full of paying guests. They couldn’t be bothered and I asked the entertainment guy what’s on the first day and he said this ‘ I am finished next week can’t be bothered doing anything as his staff have left and iam shattered and just want to get out of here’ he just sat at the bar drinking and smoking. The only thing he did at 9am is put some music on and at 5pm switched it back off. I will be putting a full complaint and requesting all of my money back including the extra £800 it cost as I could not eat or drink any of what they served. I have all the photos and evidence which I will be downloading. DO NIOT GIO
