Very good, clean, party and good time

This was my first time here with my friend. It was a nice hotel. The food was tasty. The restaurant and bar staff were always helpful and cheerful. The bar street was very close by. It was also a great location for young people. I will come back soon

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - DO NOT GO. Food was appalling even in the A La Carte restaurants, the beds gave me a back injury that I still have 4 months later, beach is disgusting and small and full of rubbish, the beach sun loungers were unbelievably uncomfortable. Hotel managers tried their best but they couldn't make it any better. TUI have been a disgrace and refuse to give us our money back, despite having to visit a chiropractor twice during the holiday and offered us a ridiculously small amount of money back in vouchers. The hotel is NOT 5 * and caters for mainly Russian and Ukrainian people, which is absolutely fine, but they have different tastes. Food choices were incredibly poor. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL or travel with TUI

We visited from 21st to 28th October. Unfortunately we weren’t informed that the hotel was closing on 28th October. In the week we were there, the hotel slowly started shutting down. The rooftop restaurant was closed for the last 3 days, leaving us with only 1 restaurant to eat at. The bars closed too leaving us with only the poolside bar and then just the indoor lobby bar for evening drinks. There was no entertainment for the duration of our stay. We went to get an ice-cream one day but it had all been packed away, we still had 3 days left. The food that was on offer was inedible and tasteless. I’d read reviews before we visited but decided to come with an open mind, unfortunately I should have believed the reviews. I have never been on an all inclusive holiday and lost weight!! The hotel itself was fine, the pool area looking out onto the beach was nice. The indoor spa, steam room and sauna were nice however they also closed mid way through our stay so we couldn’t use them for the final 3 days. The room we had was dark and didn’t seem the cleanest. Considering we were the last guests in the hotel, a nicer room wouldn’t have gone a miss. We had a mini fridge in the room which had 3 bottles of water in on our first day. This was never restocked. We had lots of shower gels, a couple of conditioners but no shampoo. The bottles looked like they had been reused and topped up. There was a weird smell coming from the sink. The sink was also blocked. Other family members had a room which smelt of sewage so they had to move rooms. In the final day we were the last guests in the hotel, staff were moving furniture around us as we lay on the sunbeds. Fridges, dishwashers…all being moved as we lay by the pool. The beach was condoned off on the last day while they removed the net from the sea and cleared away the tables and chairs The staff however were lovely and friendly. I can’t fault them. It’s a shame that the hotel was just so awful. Maybe in the height of summer, the hotel would be better with more food on offer, entertainment and an atmosphere. Personally I won’t be returning.

Awful Food, previous reviews are correct and we ended up eating our evening meal in restaurants in Gumbet, where we had some delicious food The Hotel and facilities are good, room was clean and modern and were serviced every day. Breakfast turned out ok because I had freshly cooked omelette and toast every morning, the rest of the food was dire. Evening meals were very poor, cold, unpleasant food, the restaurant was always half empty and it's no surprise with the quality. None of the ala carte restaurants were open. Highlights for the food were a breakfast omelette, a chicken wrap at the bar and the waffles from the pattisere. I've visited all inclusive resorts around the World and never experienced such poor food. Don't book this Hotel
