Great fun and the water sports were awesome Beach and staff brilliant fun!

Please Please Please do not go to this hotel. EVERYTHING was dirty in our room, the floor had grime, blood on the curtains, mould on the wall from a leaking toilet and dirt on the beds floors and surfaces. The food from the buffet is disgusting and cold. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes after a 4 and half hour flight to be shown to our room which has pictures attached I asked to change rooms multiple times and kept getting told to “come back at 10am “ three days in a row. Eventually we got moved rooms with 3 days left of our 9 day holiday. ALLERGIES - This is very concerning. My girlfriend has a MAJOR nut allergy which could kill her. The “allergy key” says that multiple items do not have nuts when they clearly do, including the brownie below which clearly had hazelnut in it (which she is the most severe grade of allergic to). You can even see the nuts. There is only one spoon for all of the sweet treats at some of the restaurant which is a major cross contamination risk. The only positive were the bar staff who were friendly and the views and the locals. DO NOT waste your money going here or your time for that matter.

First impressions hotel looks great from the outside bit rundown on the cobbles but that’s where it ends the downstairs reception toilet wins a award for the smelliest one I’ve ever been in my entire life * first good points the staff at the bar area and in the cafeteria sorry restaurant are great •Know the bad points The rooms and nothing like the brochure they’re more like a cheap room at the lower grade , they start meal due in the bathrooms. There’s no kettles the air-conditioning works when it wants to work that’s just the room which is more like a two star room than a 4 star * Very ugly I’ve saved the best. I should say the worst to last the food if you’re English don’t bother unless you want to have praise lamb neck with a lovely bits of spinal cords wrapped around the bones or the chicken vindaloo which has got more bones in it and skin than chicken pour for breakfast which and lunch and evening meal which starts off with pasta and chips instant mash for evening warm boiled eggs or warm scrambled egg for breakfast with broccoli or sprouts depending whatever’s left from the night before one microwave for 450 rooms toaster that takes 10 minutes to toast to piece of bread some of the concoction they’ve come up with for breakfast lunch and evening quite amazing scrambled egg mincemeat and vegetables which looks like roadkill for breakfast beef balls and some form of stew soup rice comes out and it’s overcooked wedges that come out cold or warm but don’t forget you have got one microwave and then you go outside and look at the cracked tiles in the bottom of the kids pool for the Jacuzzi in the bottom pulled that hasn’t worked for months or the trip hazards around around the hotel and to finish it off whatever about the lovely rubber ice cream cream I would give it a one star rate for food and that’s because I’m being generous but majority of the guest are Russian Turkish , the other 20% our British Dutch or Polish And to finish of , state as the chairs and that have more grease and dirt on them then there is on the floor

Lovely relaxing hotel, the entertainment team Emre and Hico are the best so fun they made our stay amazing with the boat rides!!! Will definitely recommend!!!

I made my final decision to travel to this hotel based on the reviews I read on trip advisor. So, I thought it was only fair I was honest about our family experience so that others can make an informed choice before booking. On arrival, everything at the hotel appeared fine. We had three double rooms booked, and was advised on our booking it was a standard room with a sea view. We got taken to our rooms. It was like a maze to find our room. Once the porter opened the door we were met with an overwhelming smell of sewage and damp. We walked into the room to see there was rising damp in the corner of the rooms, which had been painted over, our balcony was facing a wall (I will attach photos) I absolutely refused to stay in this room, it was dirty, out dated and had black mould around the base of the door frames. My daughter had a stall that had dried vomit on, a blood stained chair, a hole in the curtain, dirty bedsheets and mould on her bathroom ceiling which also smelt of damp. My other daughter had mould in and around her bathroom tiles, curtains that had fallen down, dirty taps, hair on the floor and again a raw sewage smell. Outside our room we had an open box with electrical wires exposed, an open fuse box and the fire alarm was hanging off. I was planning on getting flights home that evening as the rooms were extremely sub standard and not fit for purpose. The hotel offered to upgrade us free of charge. We were shown a potential room to upgrade to, which was insulting. This room was no better, the damp on the white walls was coming through black and the room was filthy. The hotel was full, so could only move us the next day. We had no choice but to stay as had no where else to go. The rooms we were given the next day, in my opinion were still sub standard, and only marginally better. Needless to say I would not return to this hotel. The positives of this hotel is the location, you are in walking distance of restaurants and the hotel has its own beach, with water sports. The external pools are clean and the views outside are lovely. There is a constant supply of food, however, this is not to everyone’s taste, if you like cold vegetables for breakfast lunch and dinner then there is plenty of choice. There were a selection of meats, salads, the vegetarian options were limited and a selection of different cakes. We ate out most evenings, I skipped lunch but would have porridge for breakfast, which was delicious. It is a shame that the rooms have let this hotel down. The majority of the staff were lovely, a few were unable to speak English so made communication difficult but we got by with Google translate. I hope by leaving this honest review something will improve as I believe if the rooms were clean and modernised our experience would have been completely different, however I feel to request a clean room is the least you expect when going on holiday and due to ours being so bad our family holiday was sadly ruined.
