Smart Stay Beach Bodrum

Honestly, this place was a letdown. The AC didn't work, and nobody bothered to fix it even after we asked. The room was hot and uncomfortable. The food was bad – cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. Cleanliness? Poor. The room felt dusty and not properly cleaned. And there was this weird, unpleasant smell in the hallway that made it hard to even breathe. Management was awful. For a 4-star hotel, this was really disappointing. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very disappointing experience — poor rooms, bad smell, and refund issues My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was charged for one double room and one single room, but the hotel only provided me with a single room. I was told I would receive a refund for the difference, but the refund was not handled as promised and I only received it a day later. On top of that, the hotel had a very bad smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working in any of the rooms, making the situation even worse. Overall, the room arrangements, cleanliness/odor, air conditioning, and handling of the refund were all very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are properly addressed

The hotel was generally fine. Check-in was quick, and the room was more spacious and airy than we expected. There was enough space for two people. The bathroom needed some maintenance, but it was clean. The food was varied and tasty. Sometimes there were issues with the temperature. It's within walking distance to the beach. There aren't many issues with sun loungers.
